Posting continual, inane dross may not be against the T&C's of this forum, but ti isn't what I'd like to read.

It was a simple request to Leanna, up top her if she chooses to ignore it.

OK, let's go through this post line by line. You call me naive because I say that TV producers look on BB3 as an own goal. I am in a good position to know the thoughts going around the industry as I have family members who are producers in the UK.

Whether it is watched be many viewers or not is irrelevant as I maintain that people are watching it out of disbelief at the way the producers react to conflicts they have brought upon themselves.

I consider your urge for people to ignore me, which they will not do, is in breach of the T&C for these forums. My posts have been valid and not disrespectful. You must ask yourself whether your posts conform in this way.

This is getting reeeal boring...

Leanne may express firm opinions etc., a lot of which I don't agree with, but at least she can spell and has communication skills.

Three things could happen :-

1. Flame war dies down
2. Mods close the thread
3. Some public spirited person starts posting huge binaries into the thread, making it unreadable

Do you think any threads which criticise BB3 should be made unreadable ? Is that what discussion is about ?

Leanne, I personally feel that many of your posts are actually very close to breaching the T&C's of these fora. The point remains that you do not always back up your opinions, and argue with people without being able to back up that argument.

You may have relatives in the TV industry, but are you prepared to back up that statement by telling what area of TV they work in? BB3 will be considered a success regardless of the 'production values' because it has higher viewing figures and thus will generate in higher revenue for C4 and the sponsors. GeoffH's comment about viewres equalling money is not shallow at all, it's reality.

It is fairly obvious to all of us that you are not a fan of BB3, but you don't appear willing to discuss it in an appropriate manner. You have posted messages in several threads saying how it has gone downhill, and then started one of your very own. You complain about others being inconsiderate and making comments about the housemates, yet you are being a tad inconsiderate to many of the fans of BB that are posting here.

You aren't making yourself very popular on this site, and that should be clear - even to you.

Leanne, thought that was quite a big assumption. Would be difficult to ascertain whether most of the viewers watching it were doing so in disbelief at the production own-goals.

Don't knock yerself M, yours is one of the names I look for when I'm scanning the posts: When I see something has been added by you, I can be sure they''ll be a comment (almost) as witty as mine, just waiting to delight and dazzle me.

It is still my opinion. Like it's many posters opinion that Alex is gay, Jade looks like a pig, Sophie is stuck up and Tim is too posh for BB. My opinion is as valid as those, in fact, I would say more so.

However, I am led to believe she is on the General Discussion forum where many young men have expressed a wish to meet her off of DS.

So ? Even if that's true, which I think you'll find it isn't, it doesn't reflect on my comments about BB3. I won't change my opinion just because it may make me unpopular.

If you apply that rule, are you posting your comments in order to make yourself more popular ? No, I doubt you are, so, just deal with my comments rather than trying to stop me posting by considering the consequences. I don't care about the consequences of expressing an honest opinion on this forum.

I believe she has described her hair and legs in GD. That to me sounded pretty
conclusive. However, just as opinions are so divergent on the housemates, no doubt they would be on whether someone is fit too.

Why would I want to stop you posting? I wouldn't. Maybe you should consider exactly where you are posting your opinions rather than posting them just anywhere.

Telling someone they are shallow just because you disagree with their (factually correct) point is ridiculous. I also don't particularly care if you are popular or not, but I think you would find that in this particular section of these fora you aren't all that.

If you are going to make accusations, please try to get your facts right. The only comment I said was shallow was, 'viewers = money'. Although this may be correct, it is still a shallow outlook and adds nothing to the production values of the programme.
