well, I thought he gave a fairly comprehensive and candid interview and he purposely used his full video application to portray his character without pulling any punches.

Certainly enough to make a fairly firm first impression which of course must be open to evaluation as we see even more of him.

In just a few words, how did he come across ?

Haven't seen BBLB yet, but he has just been saying that he wishes they hadn't shown his application video because he was really ''hamming it up'' on it just to make it ''stand out'' and he doesn't really think it is a good representation of himself....
time will tell!
