I think Alex was much impressed by Jonny's way of dealing with their rift, and I think in trying to patch things up with PJ I'm prepared to think that he's doing it to try and live up to that standard of facing problems and talking them through rather than letting them fester.

On the other hand. I'm dying to know if he nominated PJ and what he said in the diary room when he did!

It would be interesting to know what reason he finally came up with after 24+ hours of trying to think of something too...I'd hope it was very good after taking so long to come up with...waiting till after the nominations? huh!

i think its really good of alex to tell pj after the nominations cuz he didnt want him 2 think he was trying to influence his vote.

There seem to be a lot of honourable people in here - all who'd be prepared to live on chickpeas n porridge cooked on an outside fire in all weathers and then have cold showers while watching more privileged people eating good food and boozing away on comfy sofas..............
Of course you'd all be selfless and noble and choose a 2nd week in the poor house as you suggest Alex should've
Oh , sorry I forgot - you're all comfy anyway and not in the BB house

Very True!, I know I would have chosen the Rich House, but then this is a game of tactics, so who would I choose?, again it would be tactics, I would probably chosen those that I feared would have it in for me, call me selfish or 2 faced but then I would be there to win!

exactly. everyone in there must be playing tactically to an extent, but only some would go so far as to give up luxury! spencer for example. i bet he wouldnt have chosen poor had he won

I think Jonny might have - either out of genuine fair play which he'd mentioned or tactically.

Alex is just fab, he's polite, charming and helpful what more could you want. With him you get what you see, what everybody calls whinging is just him telling people what he thinks. At least if he dosen't like somebody he'll say it to their face and it must have taken real guts to stand up or himself during the 'weegate' drama. I certainly wouldn't want anybody to pee in my shower and hope that I would stand up for myself with everybody else against me. Alex to win!!!!! ”

Funny how 'Anal Retentive' Alex, (Jeez, no wonder the guy is constipated) thinks weeing in the shower (which is washed away)"Disgusting" yet when his friend Sandy - who told Jonny he found his humour 'basic' ....does same thing in the bin, that's so funny! I mean.........HELLoooo!?!

Geesh, anyone would think the poor side is really bad...has anyone been camping?? Having done that for a while the poor side with a decent bed and a solid roof seems like luxury. Besides lack of chocolate I could handle everything else...and for the feeling of self sacrifice and honour that would be easy too....honest!

Fan, thank god, a voice of reason. Almost.
The one single reason I would HATE the poor side, is that they don't seem to get alcohol.
Hate that!!

But apart from that, agree with you m8, don't see what all the fuss is about. Mind you these HMs seem to have had bugger-all life experience, so mayne they aint been camping

*LOL*...33 at last count, but my maths gets a little hazy once it got depressing to remember.

I had to quit drinking because it fell out with me rather than the other way round...alergic reaction or something to alchol that made me ill inside 30 mins of drinking...bit of a stinky thing for nature to throw at one, but I soon accepted it and I honestly haven't missed it after the first year...it's great fun going out with people and seeing them drunk as you're the only one that can remember what happened the next day...and you're always popular as a taxi service...

I guess I missed this but does Alex know about the bin? And if so is he still prepared to use it? Smacks of double standards to me.

Yeah well said. Life on the poor side seems about the same as the bad days when I was student - No booze and living off mashed potato. I'd go throught that again for a week for if there was seventy grand at the end of it.

It would have been a brilliant move for Alex to stay on the poor side for another week. He would have been nomination proof and top of everyone's list to go on the rich side for the rest of the series

Yes, I've been camping, and it poured with rain. But at least we could console ourselves with a damn good s**g unwatched by 80 cameras

No-one in the house knows about the peeing in the bin incident - so you can't accuse Alex of double standards with this one.

When Kate and Sophie emptied the bin that Sandy had weed in, they just thought that "something had leaked" (which of course, in a way, it had).

I remember seeing them empty the bin and walk in the 'spillage' in flip flops or some such. I also remember thinking that there may be some health issues involved here and that maybe BB should have dealt with it, or at least warned them of what it was. They really should have been told. It might have wiped the smug grin off Alex's face this week, well maybe a little.

Who is going to go Alex or Spencer. My vote goes for smelly Spencer. Who wins this week must be favourite to win the comp.

Did he give the same explanation that he gave to the girls

"They're a couple of dirty bastards and I dont want em in here"

THAT would be the honourable thing to do
”
