Please feel free to write the reasons why you guys/gals decided to go with Homechoice. And maybe write any future issues which will become a plus for choosing Homechoice ?

Why Homechoice?

They're not NTL (big plus in my book)
Don't need (can't have) a satellite dish
Simple installation
VOD is getting a lot better imho
Replay
Reasonable prices (excluding Sky by Wire)
Shiny silver box
Lovely blue / red light (ok I'm running out of ideas)

They're not Sky (huge plus in my book)
Few outages/faults compared to Telewest
Good value for money
Replay on BBC channels is excellent IMHO
Never had a problem with the broadband service
V:MX music library of 3500 videos
Huge future potential for the service

Only because can't get decent TV signal from outside aerial for even terrestial TV, never mind Freeview. Very happy with the service overall, though, esp replay function and comedy series on C1

Replay service is *brilliant* - I can't extoll its virtues enough! - I often sit down and watch BBC3 or BBC2 replays later in the week - usually the comedy stuff (smoking room, mighty boosh, Catherine Tate). Then my flatmates do the same later in the week - no need to tape things / risk going over someone's recording from earlier in the week! superb!

Broadband is excellent too - never had a problem, though I can't say I've used it much lately!

The music videos on demand are brilliant too - they're what impress people who come round the most!

Pretty much what people have said above, plus they are 120% better than my previos ISP, Tscali *spits on the ground*

Love the replay and VOD, hardly have to use my VCR now!

Never had 1mb connection, so it makes a big different to me

I have to agree with previous posts. Love the VOD, love the "replay" service and, after a stint with Bulldog, Homechoice are absolutely amazing!

Because I can't get anything else, no cable, and satellite not allowed (probably). Happy with the service. However it does reboot itself occasionally. I also find the replay great. Just would like the volume button to work on the box as I plug the sound through my stereo.

Well, this isn't an entirely serious reason but...On damp, dull days my housemates and I play a game called "Find The Trailer For the Worst Film EVER" by trawling through the A-Z movie listings.

Currently the trailer for the bizzarro looking film "The Gods Must Be Crazy" is a clear winner - well worth checkng out but whatever you do *Do Not Rent This Film*!

The strangest thing is that they even made 4 sequels to this - all of which are available via homechoice. Let's face it - you're just not going to get that level of wierdness anywhere but homechoice. Oh, and to be serious for one moment the internet service is very. very good, love the BBC3 & 4 replay, like the remote controller and general on screen look of the thing.

Talking of weired - anyone watch the Garth Merenghies (spelling?) Dark Place series that was on C1 earlier in the year? So appallingly bad it was brilliant
