Hi, I stumbled across an AA website the other day and I decided to look through it. It made me realise what a great band these girls were, and they are a credible band, not some cheesey bubble gum band. I have three oftheir albums and I'm gonna maybe play them later, I love the song I Am I Feel, never fails to make me smile!!!

Bought their greatest hits a couple of months ago, some really good songs on there.

Especially like The Incedentals and Indestructible.

Yeah the Incidentals is a brilliant song, it should have got to a higher position in the charts. I think it reached number 11, which is good, but it should have been higher!

They're one of those bands which I never really looked out for but was always quite impressed when they showed up again.

They always came across really well in interviews too as I recall.

Any idea what they're up to these days as you found their website?

Shelley (the red haired one) married one of the guys from the band Texas and Karen I believe is a song writer!

Also did you know their dad was Brian Poole as in Brian Poole and the Tremeloes "Do you love me? Do you love me?"

Good trivia facts there!

Wonder of any of Karen's songs have been hits for other people. Might have to so a bit of internet searching myself.

I'm sure Karen Poole works with Will Young, but don't quote me on that. And she definitely had a hand in the shapeshifters huge hit last year.

I think she co-wrote my Studt's Misfit too!

Wouldn't be surprised if she did, that was Amy's best track.

Yes I have to agree that I love that song too! I remeber at the time thinking that they had broke up and then they popped up on Pop World I think it was, I was very happy!

That's one of the things that I loved about AA, they took long breaks between each album and just when you thought that they had broken up they would surprise you and pop back up again. Except for now of course because they obviously have broken up!

Yeah they were cool-I used to like The incidentals, The Air we Breathe and Alisha Rules the World

I think they had a very unique sound. I love the bit in I Am I Feel where they sing "I got a soul when you get down to the roots" and then the other one sings "oh oh oh oh oh yeah" it sounds cool!

Don't know a huge amount of their stuff but have "THE INCIDENTALS" cd single and it has rarely been off my cd player since buying it way back when...

Yeah I definitely think that this song should have been number 1, I know it was a big hit but still it should have reached the top, it had such a beautiful sound to it but its also very catchy and you can just relax and sing along to it!

"Ooooh you know its la la la la la..."

I have a lovely picture of Karen taken in Mauritius with Will, seemingly they went on holiday there together in January, I hope she's written another song on his new album, as Stronger from F/C is one of my favourites.
