Bill Ward's On & Off Black Eye
Has anyone else noticed the shiner on Bill Ward's (Charlie Stubbs) right eye that seems to appear and disappear depending on when the scenes were shot? Have there been any news reports on this? After all the storylines about black eyes on Shelley and most of the people that attended the boxing match, it's really strange to see a real black eye!

Yes, I've noticed this too. And yes, one scene it is there...in another, it isn't...then it isn't ....then it is.....!
Maybe Bill Ward has an eye infection. It looks more like that to me than a black eye.

I think he was helping Betty make hotpots but the bar was busy so she asked him to keep an eye on the stove.

thanks for clearing the eye issue up for me, I thought i'd miss him getting another caning from some womans husband in Corrie
I also noticed Bradley Walsh had what looked like an eye infection around the time he was flirting with Leanne. I did wonder if he had a late session the night before filming but didnt read any articles anywhere |

His eye has been fascinating me for a couple of weeks now - you would think he would keep his best side towards the camera.....
