Yesterday's London Evening Standard had an article in their business section about Shed productions and it said it had just be comissioned to make series 8 of Bad Girls.

Sorry if it has already been mentioned.

Good news. But again a late spring solt , which takes it into summer.

I personally think that it should start in January , its winter , people aren't going out so much after Christmas. In a Wednesday night at 9pm slot starting January , I think they could increase the viewers.

They have to film it first! This usually takes up quite alot of months depending on how long the series will be.

I'd prefer it if they screened it in January too, I dont like it screening in summer 'cause I always miss the last few episodes.
But anyway, great news about series 8

Great news regarding Series 8 of Bad Girls, but the only bad thing is the fact that ITV MIGHT be broadcasting LESS episodes because of the clash with the Wolrd Cup! I think this current series ran for around 3 months, and in my opinion, that wasn't long enough, so I dont think us fans will appreciate getting less epsidoes just because of clashes with the World Cup!

But maybe I'm being selfish to all the footie fans....

With the World Cup being held in Japan, with the time difference it might not make any difference.
