Anyone else having problems with Homechoice tonight (Wed 31st). I've got broadband and phone, but TV is hanging or taking forever to change channels or pull up information on MyTV. Just tried the helpline, but as I was no.34 in the queue I decided (1) it wasn't just me and (2) I couldn't be arsed to wait half an hour to be told that! I'm on Staples Corner exchange.
Just wondered what the problem was...this isn't the first time I've had it (and I had an engineer out on Sat who thought it had fixed the problems I had been having with pixelation and the picture hanging)
