I was interested in the comment that there was a plant in one or more of the European BB's. Does anyone know if that is true?

Despite the difficutly of arguing against cheese's comments I would suggest that Adele does have an excellent strategy of not getting nomiated - notice that she nearly agrees a lot of the time with people she is talking to (even if that might be contradictory to something she has said to someone else) - she is very subtle but she also causes a fair amount of trouble. She raises the profile of ideas in peoples minds and lets them do the rest.

Did you see her encouraging Jade to drink the day after the fight and waterworks?

I don't think Adele is a plant, I think she just went into BB with quite a good strategy which so far seems to be working out quite well for her.

Revealing her secret slowly and quietly to certain members of the house when she felt the time was right was a good move to provoke bonding.

I think not been nominated has shown how well her strategy is working atm but it doesn't really mean a lot imho. Everybody in the house has been two faced to some degree but I think Adele may be doing it a bit more so her plan keeps working for her. It's going to be interesting to see how it plays out but Adele has to be one of the favourites to win atm.

My guess is that she will make it to the last group and then be the first the public vote out - I can't see her winning

You could be right Spoon, I think it will depend on what BB decide to show on the C4 show and BBLB, so far I don't think they have focused on her much, not in a negative light anyway.

I'm not sure if she's a 'plant' as such, but certainly she's BB's 'most favoured one'... it riles me how she's allowed to get away with all the rules she breaks without so much as a warning from BB, she talks about nominations on most days with her little band of sycophants,( no ban from nominating) her threat of violence to Jade is a specified misdemeanor in the BB rules for automatic eviction, and yet she wasn't even warned following it, and Alex is falling nicely into her plans now too!...fancy falling for the 'I fancy you' routine, she used the same words almost as she used on Lee, has Alex got such a short memory?... a lot of her snidey bitchy conversations are never shown on the Channel 4 nightly programme... I don't have satellite/digital tv and so am limited to channel 4, I had a totally different view of Adele before I discovered this wonderful site.....I wonder how much of an advance BB gave her....

Probably not a plant as such, but C4/Endemol could cherry-pick the housemates from a whole heap of applicants and they chose just who they wanted.

They couldn't be sure exactly how things would turn out, but since the main audience on C4 is no doubt somewhat bigger than E4, there is plenty of scope for "spinning" through careful editing.

So far the BB winners have been a straight white man and a gay white man, so in their eyes it would probably do no harm to see a black woman do well this time around...
