I've seen a scan from the Sunday Sport of jade's glamour porn photo shoot. The Sport can't show proper porn of course, so you don't see the lower-body shots. but it's clear Jade did it all -- fanny pulled open and everything (sorry to be crude, I but I have to describe).

I was going to do the usual joke of saying, "Bleeeeuuuughh, pig porn! It's disgusting!".

But actually it just makes me sad. It;s unfortunate that she did this. Jade is a mildy retarded girl with a bad home life, and it is sad she fell into the trap of glamour photography. It just makes me feel sorry for her.

In her conversation with Kate the other night she was saying 'why would you come into the house if you knew something was going to come out in the papers about you. You shouldn't come in if you have something to hide'

It's up to her what she indulges in during her free time, if she's comfortable doing this, why should it bother anyone? I sincerely doubt she was badgered or tricked into doing anything.

You don't let a small child play with matches or go down Regent Street on their own. I don't think Jade is capable of rational decision-making. She is a very sad, fragile person who should NOT be on BB. I think BB need to rethink her involvement - and not just because of the Alele spat either.

Jade proberly got paid good money for the shoot, so don't feel too sorry for her. I'm mean lets face having pictures taken off you naked isn't really that bad - I'd do it for the right price!

But I would for £1000+, I really don't see the problem with getting money off of men who will part with hard earned cash to look at a picture. If anything it's the saddos who pay for it are being exploited not the girls. (note - I'm talking just straight one girl stuff here, before we get into a discussion about the really dodgy stuff)

okay before this goes too far. I sort of agree with you comments, however all but a fraction of the "mens hard earned money" just ends up going back the men who run the porn "industry", and not to the women.

Just because Jade may have been relatively well payed, does not mean she wasn't exploited (financially/physically/mentally)

Actually, as I understand it, these were 'portfolio' shots. Girls wanting to get into glamour modelling (or any type of modelling) go to a photographer to get these shots done professionally. The girl pays the photographer. She then has some shots to hawk round the various agencies to show them what she can do.

However, I think I read that the photographer who took the pictures sold them to a newspaper. Now... he shouldn't have done this if the girl paid him for them (so perhaps he did them as a favour, or at a reduced rate so as to keep the copyright on the off chance that she became famous in the future), although the whole copyright issue surrounding professional photography and ownership of negatives is quite complicated anyway.

As far as I'm aware when a professional photographer takes a photo he owns the image not the person who is on it. He is entitled to do with it as he pleases.

entirely depends on the contract. (If there was one).

If I pay a photographer to take my picture and state that the price I pay includes the negatives and all rights to the image - than I owe the image.

If I pay a photographer to take my picture and don't state the above, it's possible that I still own all future rights to the image.
