Nokia 6230 Q about loudspeaker

Someone I know has a 6230 and whenever they answer the phone it goes onto loudspeaker,You then have to press the button on the right hand side to switch it back to normal. How can this be reversed so when you answer it the sound just comes out the normal way ?

I have tried calling the mobile and playing with the settings you get when your on a call but whenever you hang up and call again its back to loudspeaker as the default

Sounds like a software bug. You probably need it flashed.

Yeah - get it flashed - it will be done at a nokia service centre for free providing the phone is in warantee, they may even do it if it isn't waranteed.
