Best, best, best song of the year so far (not quite released yet, but still

Aqualung - Strange and Beautiful (Put a Spell on You)

It's the song from the VW Beetle advert, with a really haunting male vocal over a piano, bass and a FX-ed down drum beat.

It's ace, and is out sometime towards the end of September.

Y'know the one I mean?

Far as i am concerned this year has been the worst year yet for the music industry because this years charts r full of awfull cover versons and cheesy manufactured pop THINGS. Well i guess this a look at what the music industry will soon become.

I cant believe one of my fav tracks of the year is only charting at 48 (midweek charts)!.
(Black rebel motor cycle club.)

Looks like Pink will be number 1, which is fine tho, cos its a good song.

Aarrgghh!! I havent had a chance to listen to Formulae yet, I really like JJ72 (I saw them supporting U2 twice last year, top stuff... and their first album was fantastic), cant wait to hear their new album.

Another song Id like to put forward is the title track from the new Feeder album, Comfort In Sound. Great song.
