Looking to upgrade, and I can't choose between these two.
Please someone choose for me

I had the s700i, until it got nicked this week
Can't fault it! It was a really nice phone...and I want it back!

considered the K750i?

People are always raving about the K750i, but I just don't get it.
It seems to do everything the D500 does, but doesnt look as good

If you can, you might as well wait for about a month until the Samsng D600 comes out.

Its better than the D500 because it has a sleeker design, and a better camera.

it has a much better camera, expandable memory and loads of other cool stuff, i much prefer it over the d500 and it's also better spec that the s700i.

its not the same as the samsung

here is a ist of the main differences.

Significantly better camera 2 mega pixel and auto focus vs d500 1.3 mpx with no autofocus

memory card expansion (which seals it for me )

decent mp3 player whose graphic equaliser actually works well

rds fm radio (u know where the name of the station comes up like in car radios)

much much better sound quality through the included headphones.

much longer battery life

there are others but u get the gist to be fair the d500 is a nice phone and the d600 looks very promising especially since it has a transflash slot but the camera will not be up to par with the k750i as it will have no autofocus. im looking forward to the new nokias 6270 2 mpx sliders and a high 320X240 res screen plus minisd (cheap!!)

I agree with jeremy the k750i is sooo much beta

ive got a k750i and ive been really happy with it.

on saturday i went to jessops to get some of the photos ive taken with the k750i developed onto 6"x4" paper glossy.

they came out well. the main thing is light if there is decent light the camera works very very well more than printable and able to be put in albums. if its iffy light the quality varies. but still decent.

Ive just bought the mxe-60 add on xenon light flash. and i tell u now this seals it with the flash the light ceases to be a prob and all the piccies have come out really really well.

You have convinced me, and I have decided on the K750i.

Any ideas how I can get the best deal by upgrading.
I'm currently on Vodafone Online 100 (£15pm/100 xmins/100texts). Want to stay on the same tariff.
How is it best to go about convincing them to give me a free phone if I stay with them?

I very much doubt you will get that phone for free on an upgrade, but it depends on your monthly bills etc.

I just got an upgrade to a w800i for £100 with free bluetooth headset! getting it 2moro, cant wait!

I'm on o2 - they gave me a free s700i back in January when I threatened to leave and go to Vodafone...

It might be worth telling them that another network has offered you the handset for free AND a better tariff. (well it worked for me anyway!)

my friend got a free k750i on an online x/net 30 min tarrif because he phoned up and told them that he had found a better deal with someone else and he would change if they didn't match it then they asked to hear the deal and he said he was surrounded by to much paperwork
but really all you needed to know was he got it off them free
