i have forgotten my security code for my nokia 6230 on vodafone!!!
can anyone tell me how to reset my security code or to find out via my data cable.
i have data cable dku2.
and i dont have my vodafone sim card anymore as i switched to orange!!!

The trial version of Oxygen should show you your security code. I have not tried it with a DKU-2 cable but with earlier (serial) cables and IR / IRDA it used too:

There is a Symbian application which will give you a ten digit code. I will find out what it is called.

It's called 'Master Code' or 'Mcode'. You will need a Symbian phone to run the app. (Nokia 66xx series, 76xx series, 3230, Siemens SX1 etc). You input an IMEI into the app and you will get a code in return. Good luck.
