Jonny wasn't given cigarettes because he had the opportunity to purchase them the following day. Spencer successfully argued with BB that he had a nicotine addiction and that they knew that when they selected him to go into the house, and therefore tobacco was not a luxury item but a staple. Being a smoker I wholeheartedly agree.
