whenever I press the playnow it tries to connect but then it comes up with an error. the error is

"The requested item could not be loaded!(Status code: 500)

have you spoken to S.E or O2 ?

does o2 active work for the phone normally ie when u go to internet services and then search or something cos if not then it means uve not got the settings set up right for the o2 active account details.

i had the same problem i went to an o2 shop and they sent me a text message which had all the settings in and now it works fine

if its not that then ive no idea sorry

It used to Say MyO2 untill i updated my firmware which changed it to Playnow.
