Adele and Alex are getting quite touchy/feely today aren't they? I switched on to E4 this afternoon and he was biting her bottom again! The camera seems to have been on Alex a lot today. Mind you - Spencer wasn't out of bed when I was watching and it was 2.30pm! How boring is he going to be next week if he stays in the house!!!!

ive said it before and ill say it again, u guys are real bad judges of character. unless your deaf and blind, its blatently obvious a;ex is being very genuine, and is now being his real self the past couple of weeks, which his paretns have said. if anyone says hes ptting on an act, its just because they like spencer. if you want spencer to stay, just say so, and stop throwing false accusations at dear old alex.

Adele and Alex are v.natural in each others company - there's certain body language signals which can't be faked and they've got them. Certain interaction between them is very unforced, the way they mirror each others movements, work together in sitautions.

Compare that to Spencer and Kate - no comparisson. Kate has to always force the issue, sitting on his knee, basically over egging the pudding - very much the scenario you get when a group go on their first 18-30 holiday! It's very like the lady proteseth too much with Kate and Spencer.

I'm hoping Alex is kept in as I think watching him and Adele is going to be fascinating

so what is she gonna tell her girlfriend then.
