Alex was set up by Kate in this, since she'd wanted to "have it out with him" for days. The context isn't only the oranges. She'd been fooling around with them allowing the pot in which she was cleaning her knickers to boil over. It was the second day that she'd done this.

What is she like? I can see peeing in the shower but cleaning your knickers in dishes that HMs have to prepare food in? I'm not particularly a neat person, but this is a bit OTT.

As for Johnny saying that BB isn't for friendship; isn't this a different line from his "I want to walk with 12 new friends" schtick that he played in the first few weeks?

Kate has said on many occasions that she doesn't dislike Alex, but every time she gets her acid tongue in gear, it is Alex who gets the fallout from it. I think she is one nasty bitch who really needs to have a very good hard look at herself. She is two-faced, not as much as Jade i agree, but two-faced all the same. I would love for her to be overheard backbiting about both Jade and Alex and them to sort her out once and for all. She is not someone who is pleaseant on my eyes or ears, nowhere near infact, i would lover her to go as all she does is whine bitch and complain about life in the poor side. I have to disagree with u on that. I think the tears are genuine, imagine being stuck in there with people you know didn't like you, add losing people you were close to and whom were your friends and also living on the poor side, being apart from family and friends and I think you would feel tearful. Also, most women feel weepy at certain times in the month, put all these together and I imagine it gets on top of you and yes I do know, before they went in they knew what they were letting themselves in for but I don't think anyone can really imagine what it would be like.

They are genuine as they are learnt behaviour with her. Pavlov's dogs salivate at the sound of bells, in a fearful situation kate plays little girl lost.

I have to admit it is a trait that drives me nuts in my fellow females, I find it weak, pathetic and annoying and it usually comes from being the product of your upbringing; Kate needs to get out, see what she's like and empower herself.

Using my wife and her friends as reference:

There is a distinct dislke for Kate, possibly due to the following reasons:

1. She is attractive and sexy
2. Has a nice, athletic body
3. Likes a drink
4. Physically fit
5. Equal to the average man

Claims of not being jealous have been echoed several times in my house but to be honest I never believe them.

Unfortunately her social circle, which was the entertaining one, has diminished now and she is struggling against the party poopers who are just in the house to have a very serious time. Naturally she is now feeling threatened and her "bitching" is being focused on. But lets face it, they are all back stabbing each other (I wont go on about sneaky Adele).

The question is, who is entertaining and trying to have a good time for this one in a life chance? and who are the ones living their lives as serious as they do outside the house?

You have to keep her in, and get the real problem cases out. In my opinion.

And before anyone accuses me of being jealous of Kate I'll put the record. I am immensly jealous of her lovely figure but in the greater schemes of things to be jealous of this is far down the list for me with other things such as creative skills, academic skills above it.

I do not like Kate, there again I do not dislike Kate, I am overwhelmed by indifference which is quite a different thing.

There is a misconception of the content of the dislike of Kate, and you have added to that. The only people who dislike Kate for the reasons that you state are stupid teenage girls you envy her. The real reasons that kate is unpopular are all related to the fact that she communicates with people at the intellectual level of a child. I would struggle to think of an example where she has completed two consecutive sentences. Everything she says in that strange slang she uses is empty and shallow. She cries for no reason, gets angry for no reason and thinks everyone should love her. From the first day her childlike persona was evident and it has deteriorated ever since. Put simply, she is very irritating and an insult to adults everywhere.

What you say would be true for a ten-year-old, not for a twenty-two-year-old. She is an annoying child and she be evicted as soon as possible.

It is not jealousy nor envy. Kate is annoying because she has the persona of a child.

It looks like some of you can't accept the fact that people don't like her and are trying to make excuses for 'us' - why not try not bothering.

Seriously, if you can't accept that people dislike her that's fine, but do you need to keep going on and on about it?

Actually talking about calorie intake, and exercise regimes is more 'intellectual' than talking about makeup or clothes or a holiday in Ibiza. Same goes for hygiene worries (he did go ott with the shower 'problem', though he was justified). Even Jade can actually string some reasonably intelligent sentences together some of the time!

Like it or not, Kate does act like a spoilt child. It may have helped her get her own way before, but looks like it isn't this time

Jade's lack of knowledge is alarming. I wouldn't for one minute attempt to praise Jade's intellect. The advantage Jade does have is that she does manage to have conversations.

Did you see todays highlights? I don't have the live coverage. Are the highlights non-representative? Today we saw all the housemates doing various activities and talking to oneanother and having some fun at times. We saw Kate half-naked, crying, totally naked, and crying again. She never does take part in a conversation, and channel 4 is deliberately exploiting her looks to her favour. It's almost comical.

I have live coverage but not channel 4 (some coc*k up with sky digital in ireland) but yes i would imagine that the pert, pretty blonde is exactly how they would portray kate. They have an angle on everyone do they not?

We will have to just leave the kate disagreement to one side,i'm fully convinced she is not as dense as you make her out.
