Hi there, does anybody have problems registering and logging into Orange e-mail through their website?

I've been trying for days now and it just doesn't do anything, the status bar at the bottom of internet just stays idle.

Only occasionally had problems with it myself mate - sorry.

I've been having the exact same problem since last Monday (5th). At first I thought it was me so I tried deleting temporary files etc but still the same problem. Tried it on my laptop and again the same. When I tried it on Sunday, I got the message that "there has been an error and Orange are aware of the problem." Still not fixed today though

There doesn't seem to be any problem with any other part of the Orange site or with Orange World on wap. Anyway, I've emailed Customer Services so I'll post their reply here (if I get one).

Hi

Don't know if this is the same thing. I had a problem getting my e-mails from orange freedom (on my pda) - it said I didn't exist.

I was advised to re-register and that solved the problem.

Orange are creating a new service and are currently carrying out improvements to the service which is why your experiencing problems.

I think the new service will be called 'Wire' and it may well be accessed on a seperate site.

In the meantime, you can listen to emails via answerphone by dialling 123 from your orange phone and selecting option 4 in the main menu. Your emails will be read out to you one by one and by following prompts. This service costs 20p per minute.

Alternatively, you should access the service via GPRS or WAP as I never have problems with that.

UPDATE:

I can now access my e-mails via. GPRS (I couldn't before) but still not the website!

I just want to access mine on the website( do not have fancy phone) but cannot do so. it has only been today that I have had a problem...
