Has anyone else noticed that the red button for the choice of feeds on E4 isn't working recently? At least on Telewest!

has it ever worked on NTL???

Works fine for me never had a problem with it, and i`m on telewest.

Nothing EVER works on NTL, why the hell should they do anything for their customers? we only pay their wages........

we're on sky and the red button disappears from time to time. If you switch off decoder box and let it reset itself the button comes back. It's such a pain though.

Pulling the power from the STB is the only way I've been able to fix my AWOL red button too. I wish there was an on off switch on the STB rather than my having to pull the lead out of the back, or power cycle the other kit on the same multi socket just to reset the box.

As far as I'm aware, it's always been there on my Sky Box. The only time it dissapears is when E4 has adverts.

I've never been able to choose a view on NTL, although I've heard other interactive viewers can. Probably not on NTL though.

I'm glad it aint just me, I thought my box was faulty but obviously not (is yours the black Pace box?)

Yes lux, black pace box, The new software seems to have helped a wee bit recently but in general I've found that it is the most unreliable piece of hardware that I've ever had the misfortune to have in my house. If I'd bought a washing machine or a pc with as many bugs as that box then I'd be wanting my money back.

iI phoned Telewest about this and they said unplug the box for 30 seconds and it comes back. it worked too

well, I fumble but can never find that damned little red button
