I am not a big fan of Sophie, she is too self-obsessed and not that interesting, but I really hate to see the way Adele and Jade are bullying her.

Jade is a typical bully, all mouth but the minute someone criticises her she turns on the waterworks... Adele is much more clever, she knows exactly what she is doing and she is using Jade to do her dirty work. I think Jade would be very easy to manipulate.

My word, that was difficult to read. It seems that the children are starting to get worried. You shouldn't worry. Adele won't win, Alex will. It was only ever a fight between Alex and Spencer. The reaction to Adele becoming more confident about expressing her intellect have demonstrated that there is a rancid malaise amongst the Kate-fans. A malaise that is probably incurable.
my gosh. this is all the proof i need. mr epicurus is in fact a psycho. "the children are starting to get worried" huh? what the F*CK?? "you shoudn't worry, adele wont win" "it was only ever a fight between alex and spencer" DUH! well who didn't know that? where in that post did i ever mention the possibility of adele being a contender to win? in fact, the whole post is in reference to bb's attitude towards adele breaking the rules of the game on several occasions, nothing to do with whether adele is a contender to win or not. open your eyes man! if you found it difficult to read too bad. i dont believe it was "difficult" to read at all. and if you think adele is intelligent, you need a good kick in the head kid icarus. now come back and debate when you've got some meat to your arguments and stop talking utter nonsense. and who are you calling a kate fan? did i ever mention to you that i am a kate fan? NO, i didn't think so! actually i do not even have a favourite person at the moment, but if hard pushed, alex would probably get my vote to win. thats all.

The 'what goes around comes around' theory will hopefully work on Jade. By picking the easy targets first , ie. Sophie ,Jade leaves the stronger ones until later when they'll have all seen enough of her spite and tantrums. Then she's out........
As for Tim joining in I suspect he's doing it tactically and will happily dump Jade as an ally as soon as it suits HIS strategy.

I never said that you were personally a Kate fan. I haven't been a member of this forum long enough to be able to start new threads and so all my contributions are in the form of replies. Therefore, the comments I made should be taken as general comments.

this is the sort of response that epicurus wants. He's trying to rub people up the wrong way to score little points

the best antidote is to ignore the little runts posts.

In intellectual terms maybe not , but visually yes !! Could you possibly try to use paragraphs as huge slabs of text are hard on the eyes - and even worse when responses then quote the whole lot again !!

I feel sorry for Sophie. From what i've seen of her, she seems a very nice person and Jade, Tim ect.... taking the piss out of her isn't fair.

How can I score points against people I don't know and never will. Try to dissolve your ego. All comments should be taken generally.

It is well known that there are certain contributors here who are registered under more than one name and have arguments with themselves.

Hang on, here's some salt, take a pinch!

true, but you can still read it. it wasnt' "difficult" to read all. to me difficult mean incomprehensible. ie. words that are not words at all. but your point is taken on board nevertheless. epicurus, see how a point can be well received when made in the right way? and i liked that smile at the end there. thanks

Oh dear, I hadn't realised that many of the contributors were living in the little house on the prairie. It's my fault. I'm used to having political discussions.

ok , my apologies to you epicirus. i will take what you have said on board and maybe we will have constructive debates in the future. as a new member, it's probably best to give you the benefit of any doubt or misunderstanding that may have occurred. your mild mannered response has convinced me that you are actually here to debate and not just to wind everyone up. bye for now.

Ha ha!!!! Didn't you know most people on here are really several people. So you'd better post at least three apologies to make sure you hit them all

BTW hearking back... 'front'

Isn't 'front man/woman' actually recognised as a modern, slang-derived noun by the OED??

My band certainly has a frontman - the person who fronts the band - who stands IN FRONT of the rest of the band

well it doesn't really matter actually as i myself only joined this month. i am also a relativley new member, but the debate in question was between epicurus and a number of other people which included myself. there is no way you will always know who is using which aliases so there's no point in wasting time sending out multiple messages to different aliases. it's nonsensical. since i am talking to epicurus, i addressed it to him too. who else would you want me to address it to. it makes no sense at all to send out more messages to people who might or might not be the same person. bye.

M and M, I think you may be taking this forum a little too seriously. However, if I ever feel the desire to respond to something you have said in the future I shall withhold my usual attempts at sarcasm and peremptorial diatribes.
