They're all at it again, Jade seems to be obsessive about it, its her that keeps bringing it up. It was really funny, on the highlights feed, Jade was complaining cos Sophie had started using some of her mannerisms ie, the baby talk, and 'Adelly', and she was upset, saying, thats my saying, thats my way!!

Sophie is sitting in the garden talking to Jonny. She is very aware that Jade and Tim don't like her (so that's her noms this week.) She's saying she feels very isolated from the group. I feel sorry for her really.

I'd love for her to confront Jade!! Just walk in while shes in mid flow, and say 'I know you;re talking about me, if you have a problem, say it to my face!'

Can you imagine the fallout that would result!!

Sophie think Tim knows something about her popularity in the outside world which is why he doesn't want to be associated with her. She is saying she is terrified of leaving and being booed outside. Jonny suggests she get counselling from the pycho, Mr Nagayaki or something! But she is very clearly a very very worried woman and suspects she may get evicted Friday!

Earlier she was saying that she made a mistake being too attached to one person when she arrived. She knows she isolated herself from the others. Her 'affair' with Lee is now playing on her mind.

I think she has a lot of regrets and now is paying the price for being Sophie - she admits she has been herself - which is Miss Boring anyway innit?

I feel really sorry for sophie. Aside from the week with Lee, when she attached herself to the one person who paid attention to her, she hasn't really done anything wrong. I don't recall her being 2-faced, she tries to get on with everyone, and I think her use of 'babe' and 'mate' shows this. Jade is making her out to be the Antichrist, when in reality she is just plain jealous.

I think Sophie is a cert for nomination this week i just hope Jade is up there too and gets evicted.Can you imagine the hysterics from her if she is up for eviction !! And then if she is evicted the booing from the crowd etc it will push her over the edge.

Blimey... poor Soph really is on a major downer tonight - it's the first time I have actually felt really sorry for anyone, Alex included! Her mind is whirring and she looks close to tears. But then should i feel sorry for her? She has been an unspectacular housemate since arrival and you reap what you sow after all.

hi, new to this forum, just wanted to say that although sophie has her irritating ways (as do all housemates), and I havn't really taken a liking to her, I do feel sorry for her at the moment, with all the bitching going on, I must say I'm a bit surprised at alex joining in, although at the moment he's still my fave h/m to win, he has gone down in my estimation.

Alex needs to be careful - he is in danger of getting too cocky - this may go down OK inside the house as he seems to have taken on the alpha male mantle, at least on the rich side, but could work against him outside. His frequent *smirking* is a bit of a put off.

totally agree , he has to start being careful, shame really, after a tricky time to start with he got popular, and I liked him because he seemed to be the most genuine out of all, but now could be heading downhill if he gets in with all the bitchiness. it's not very attractive!

If Alex is not careful, he may dragged into those two witches plotting.

Alex would go up in my estimation if he were to say to Sophie, "Look, I don't know why, but, some people have got a problem with you, it could be the way you tell your stories, certain phrases you use, whatever, but, I don't like it & feel as a friend, I should let you know."

This would be after nominations (of course) so as not to be seen as influencing a fellow housemate.

Reasons why housemates dislike Sophie:

Adele - The Lee business, Adele has a long memory she's not forgotten that, just like Jade will get hers from Adele when the time is right!

Alex - no real problems with Sophie

Jade - Jealousy with her looks from the moment she walked into the house (IMHO)

Jonny - mild irritation with stories/length of stories

Kate - her stories, looks, the way she & Lee isolated themselves from the group

PJ - no real problems with her apart from her stories (I think)

Tim - her use of the words "alright" & "mate" and another reason that I shall keep quiet until I see it echoed in another post. (Let's just say I think he may have "issuses" with her)

I'll take that bait and say that I don't think that's true at all and I'm more open to feminist paranoia than most. Anna could have won, but Craig did for his handling of the Nick confrontation, and obviously Brian was such a star that no one but him could have won last year. I say there will definitely be a woman winner at some point in BB, just not this year.

I have no problem with Sophie, but were she up for eviction, I'd consider voting for her on the grounds of cutting her agony short, since she's not going to last long anyway. I don't see what she's done to warrant the level of bitching she's receiving. They're just picking off the weak members of the herd, which is despicable but not that surprising since there has been a lack of general decency in this year's house.

I haven't read all the comments on here about Sophie, but I read about the bitching on the OS.
I don't have a problem with Sophie - she's not my fav in the house, but there are others that irritate me far more than she does. She clearly isn't a bad person, she hasn't done anything wrong - she hasn't really done anything.
We are far harder on the contestants this year - I agree that they aren't the best bunch, but the shows format has alot to do with that. It's not really their faults. With 2 years experience of contestants we have better experience of what we like to see on the show, which is why we are quite analytical of BB3.
Sophie will be nominated this week and will probably be out on Friday. The response she will get will not be nice. I imagine lots of Booing, I can't justify this, as she has been fairly harmless. The bitching seems a little harsh, but she hasn't made enough effort to mix in with the group properly, which is why she can be attacked so easily by so many.

I quite like Sophie, probably because I feel sorry for her, but I'd love to see up against Jade for nomination. Bye Bye Jade, and I hope Sohie gets a little pleasure from that!!

The sad thing is, not everybody has E4 and won't see the major bitching session which has now ceased as of 03.05am.

Most will only see what CH4 put out on their half hour nightly show & won't see the full extent of some very nasty (unwarranted) bitching.

Jade prides herself on her openess & honesty so, why does she not have it out in the open with Sophie then?
