I feel more and more sorry for sophie now. she really does not deserve all the bitching done behind her back. Sophie is so miserable and she really has no idea what she has done wrong. I think the treatment she has recieved especially by Jade who seems to instigate most of it is nothing but bullying.

I really hope Jade is up for eviction on Friday as I know for sure that is where my vote will go. I think once Jade is out the house then Sophie will be happier again. I just hope it will not be to late for sophie as she seems so withdrawn at the moment.

I don't think it's fair to include Alex in on the bitching that is going on, he had said earlier tonight that he really does not see a problem with her. He also confessed in a session on Friday night that he had no idea there was anything wrong with Sophie.

Back on the subject of Sophie.

She came in late, when most people had decided already who they did/didn't like, based on their time together. She has always been an outsider, and I can't see that it's her fault. She has tried joining in, but has met with such hostile reactions that it's become almost impossible for her to breathe without feeling a wave of hostility.
Her repeats of "alright mate" are IMO an attempt to begin a conversation, and judge the reactions of the one she's trying to communicate with.
She talks about herself, possibly to get others to open up a bit. When she realised it was failing, she backed off, prompting several comments that she was "boring" and didn't join in.
Sophie is being herself. If she wasn't, then she'd know why eveyone dislikes her, and change tactics accordingly.
When people criticise her as being boring, try and consider that she has no opportunity to be anything else - she can't be the life and soul of a party to which she's not invited.
And, she has discussed with Jonny her feelings of being disliked, but hasn't slagged off anyone, or even moaned much about her isolation. Brownie points to her for that, thinks I.

Good point....I don't have E4, but my eyes have certainly been opened since I discovered 'digitalspy'......I've been passing the url round to everyone I know without E4..they love it too....reading the live updates certainly puts a whole new slant on things....I can't beleive how biased BB is towards certain hm's...and my opinion of Adele and Alex has plummeted....(Jade was always at the bottom!).....thankfully, judging by the popularity polls both here and on the C4 site, the public seems to be in no doubt of the 'true' story!..........

I'd love to see Jonny win......I feel that Jonny, Sophie, and Kate haven't really shown much more than being passive observers, and think they'll all shine once the terrible two have left.....Alex up against Tim in nominations would be a good one... .....just to see Alex doing his 'sack cloth and ashes' routine!!....that makes me giggle!!!.......his cringe factor is nearly worse than having to watch one's father disco-dancing at a family wedding!!!!

Adele and Jade have showed themselves to be nothing more than nasty witches. Sophie as mentioned before has no real opportunity to be interesting if most of the housemates isolate her. IMO, she deserves a break and if she's nominated 2 weeks in a row, then I'd want to Adele and Jade up against her, so these 2 nasty pieces of work get the public's judgement for their behaviour.

ok sure enough i went well overboard on that post, and congratulations to you for telling me so. however, it is very clear to me that adele's jealousy of the other girls is the major factor behind her dislike for them. if you had bothered to read certain other postings i have made you will see that there are many occasions where i have outlined just why i dont like adele in a non "sexist" manner as you put it, however they may still be deemed "offensive" by you as they outline just what i think of her. by the way, i wouldn't believe anything adele comes out with, we have seen how 2 faced and decitful she is already and as you do not know her personally, i would argue that equally YOU cannot tell me for absolute certainty that adele is a virgin. i will make absolutely NO APOLOGIES for giving my own opinion on her.

you are so right. but did you see their analysis of adele too? that was even worse. they said she's "playing cool" and seemed to go out of their way to portray adele in a good light imo. definitely not what i've been watching. they said she's playing the game best, but i disagree. the british puclic do not like backstabbers or people who are constanly bitching like jade and adele. we prefer the genuine types like alex, sophie etc. i have no doubt that there is huge army of people out there who cannot stand both adele and jade and are just waiting for them to be nominated so they can vote them out. if they are not nominated as in adele's masterplan, people will still not vote for adele to win through their sheer dislike of her. and the crescendo of boos when they leave will become part of bb folklore when these two come out. this is not how to play the game if you want to win as far as i'm concerned. they will find that out very soon.

The repititive comments from Jade about Sophie are extremely boring and probably too cruel. But, the fact is that Sophie is one-dimensional and pretentious. She may be getting more than her fair share of insults but it does provide a good method for sending a message to people like Sophie in the real world. The message being is that their shallowness is transparent. Having said that, Sophie is enduring more than she should have to.

She's just a fish out of water. She'll be fine in her own world but she's been dropped into an alien environment and she's struggling. I reckon I would too. Fat Jade has no sense of anything other than herself and, fish-wife like, would loudly batter through whichever environment she was in. Kate and Sophie are adults. Jade is an immature brat. The adults feel more and are aware of more - so its harder for them.
As for Adele - she's lost a fan in me for her cheap work over Sophie
