Why should Spencer play Dermot's stupid game?

Although I quite like Dermot, unlike Epicurus who has some bizarre hate-fest thing going on, I'd just like to say F-CK 'EM!

C4 using Spencer, when he's clearly as articulate as an artichoke is just a cynical ploy to get viewers based purely on his appeal to a certain segment of the audience.

I say: "Spencer, screw the cynics for all you can"!!

I think Spencer's been brilliant since the eviction. He has totally refused to let channel 4 manipulate things by their pathetic editing. He actually got Davina rattled Can't symathize with her, she is so shallow - as are the attempts to try to report romances that didn't actually happen.

I picked up a Sunday Mirror when I was on the train today - their exclusive "My Love for Kate" actually said totally NOTHING (big surprise!). Well done to Spencer for obviously refusing to co-operate with such crap. Though, in typical tabloid fashion, they just went ahaead with it anyway!

Erm, I think Spencer was too busy getting photographed in his best bib and tucker for his News of the World article.

Fair dos to the guy, but he ain't exactly feeling picky about the tabloid press, Petergoat.

Spencer is a cutie - Ok, you could get more conversation out of a Cigar -Store -Indian, than you could from Spencer, but anyway......I think he's a man of few words - Oooh, if only you could say the same of some of the other hm's........erm, did I mention he's a cutie?

I think Spencer is utterly p*ssed off with Channel 4 - not just for the way they portrayed him, but for their general inept handling of BB as a whole (I mean, if he'd gone in there on the assumption that the show was going to be anything like BB1 or BB2)... and has decided that from him, C4 will get nothing.

Good on him.

In that case why not do a Sandy and just not appear in any of the post-Big Brother promotional shows on Channel 4. Or are evictees contractually obligated to appear after leaving the house?

I would imagine they are contracted to appear where C4 ask them to. Sunita and Sandy being the exception as they quit the experience.

Er, there's no way to tell without having access to the contract.
They may have similar ones to people who win contests like Readers Digest etc.
They are usually committed to some form of public appearances etc, but if that were to happen, they (the evictee) would need to be getting paid, seeing as they did NOT win the contest.
But we can only guess.
