1) She cries too easily, too often
2) She uses too much slang, despite the fact that she has had a reasonable education. By gum she does.
3) Her conversational skills are that of a soundbite. Two consecutive complete sentences are not her style.
4) She thinks everyone should not just like her but adore her. Why?

I really fail to understand how with all the 4 points you make for disliking kate epicurus you do not apply them to jade also (minus the education part that is,very obvious the girl has none)

As I said, (and the official BB site) she was upset coz of PMT and everything had got on top of her. When I say you don't understand women I refer to PMT...you probably don't have a woman to share this with hence your posts. my point is that the tears were a result of everything getting on top of her, which happens to most women once a month!

kate's expression may not sophisticated (and certainly not pompous) but her content is reasonably sound given the levels set for conversation in the house. if you want pretentious philosophising switch off bb and watch the late show.

p.s. i think you'll find that 'slang' is gaining much currency and that most theories on the philosophy of language and logic argue tht the evolution of the spoken/written word is an anthropological inevitability, indeed necessity.
