Kate has 56% at the moment. will she win or are we all so sorry for her. She seemed so upset in the diary room on sunday night, what do you lot think

I don't think she will win but think she will definitely make it to last three.
I have really warmed to her over the last few weeks - if I had been stuck on the poor side for 2 weeks I would want my own camera so I could moan into it 24/7
I felt sorry for her when she broke her sunglasses - I think that was just the last straw for her.

Thank you ..someone who agrees with me I posted about this last night but a select few, namely Epicurus, just see it as her using the tears to gain sympathy with the others.

I think we have to keep kate there to the end along with Jonny but I think Alex will win in the end.. But we can back Kate to give a good fight . She needs to be a bit stronger and make friends with Tim and PJ she needs back up against the evil ones (Jade and Adele) who will both be out soon.

On previous occasions when she has cried, I haven't been very sympathetic, but yesterday I really felt for her. There surely can't be many people who wouldn't empathise with what she was feeling like, its not usually the happiest time of the month in the best of circumstances. I'm not a mega Kate fan, but she's looking correspondingly better as the others show their true faces (you know who I'm talking about, Adele).

The popularity polls on this site have been scarily accurate so far - I think the sudden upsurge in her popularity is down to the fact that compared to what most of the other have been up to recently, all her foibles are looking like just that - foibles .Of a perfectly normal person. Which is not something that can be said of some of the others.

I've also really grown to like Kate. I was never against her in the first place, but when you now look at who's in the house, she is definatly the best female in there.

but she can't hold a candle to 'little and large'

Those polls ARE very accurate. It might only be a thousand people of a million, but a thousand is not a SMALL sample. It will come out with a relatively good prediction. I think Kate's gonna put up a surprisingly good performance when/if she is nominated - and if she makes the final four.

But do they include the views of the punters who probably have thousands on Alex winning at 50/1 and can afford several phone calls to the nomination lines

I don't think Kate uses tears for sympathy, she cries because she can't cope with the adult world.

whats your big problem with tears????? No-one knows what its like in their and fuc*k it i know i would have shed buckets by now. Its reaction, and some people cry others dont. there is no big ploy, the girl is human as we all are. you however obviously arent and i envisage you salivating over the prospect of an adele populated race.

.....absolutely!......and anyways, Kate said herself on Sunday, that she knew it was because she was PMT.....and all us girlies know what THAT does to our emotions.....bless her.....at least she's not been shown sitting on the kitchen floor crying 'cos her yorkshire puddings weren't looking right in the oven....yup....I've doen that....so just take the tears with a pinch of the proverbial.......*smile*........

Kates alright. I think she not only had to take rejection from Alex but from the other girls as well as they werent really bothered about her being left on the poor side. She may have cried but shes only human and overall shes dealt with it well.Good on er!

When you actually look at the current popularity poll, Kate is the third most popular in the house, after Alex and Johnny - Take out Allison, Lynne, Spencer, Sunita, Sandy and Lee and the top 7 become the top 3.

I have looked at various on-line polls on web site like channel4s, bbfans forum,bbon line bb3 and they all have polls showing Kate in the lead. After watching in horror again on main channel 4 programme Kate just has to have the best chance now any girl has had so far in any of the three big brothers

i think it would be great if she won. firstly cos shes a woman and a woman has never won it before. Also because I dont think shes used her looks to her advantage and so it would prove to people that just because some people are pretty it doesnt mean they are bimbos, and that their personalities can be likeable. I'll be voting for her

If you look at Warthogs rating, it's in freefall, from a pretty low base. So I think the polls are accurate.
