Dial-a-phone Cashback problems?
Has anyone else had problems redeeming cash/airtime with Dial-a-phone?
Sent in my redemption claim 10 days before the cut-off date, but they claim never to have received it, and started quoting "postal problems" to me. By the time I found this out the cut-off date had passed. I suppose it could be post issues, but their attitude when I queried it stinks, and they seemed too quick with the postal excuse. Made me think this has happened before. Anyone else had the same problem? |

When I sent away my cashback (not to Dial-a-phone) I sent it recorded delivery as I expected them to do their best not to send me the cheque. Pester them enough and fingers crossed they'll give in.

We even had to send in copys of our bank statements to prove we received nothing. |
