I've been in one thread, where everyone is using some kind of weird 'logic' to suss out her thinking. All well and good, but even if she is supposedly 'evil', 'malicious' and 'slimy', don't forget that this is just a game show, and that the only reason we watch it is because we get a chance to see revelations of people's 'true colours'.

I can gasp with pity when Sophie gets picked on, but I'll also be cheering on Jade and Adele for doing so because, (like it or not, it makes good viewing.) Think about it this way, if the two WERENT like that, then there'd be nothing to discuss. As Spencer said, back in the day, all the housmates would just be sitting bored on the sofas.

To be honest, I think some of you need to take a chill pill and just watch the damn thing without getting too involved. Remember that these people should have known what they were letting themselves in for. Sophie especially, as she came in late. (Yeah, so what if people hadn't started acting vindictive or not....)

Also, the people saying that Kate or Johnny should win because they are 'good' 'genuine' people should think more. I say, may the BEST PERSON win. I don't care about their character, or if they give to charity. At the end of the game, the person who wins is he who has played his cards right- by either being nasty or nice.

I find watching the game playing the most interesting aspect though in my emotional mind I have to try align that with the fact real people are involved but after years of sociology I find I can switch on my 'socio' mind, turn off the emotion and look at really disturbing situations quite coldly. Then if its a really disturbing situation I'll have a good cry afterwards and I'm back on an even keel.

As for Adele's manipulation - well I'm afraid women have found manipulation one of their strongest tools for centuries. Kate is manipulative with her good looks and ability to communicate well with the opposite sex. Adele is manipulative in that she has a great deal of influential power over other people.

They all went in to win £70k, only one will. Throw one fish to 12 piranhas and it's hardly a surprising result.

i do find myself looking down on the whole thing with quite a lot of impartiality. I rarely feel much emotion. Rather like fishin a pond. I watch their movements, but try not to get too involved. Reminding myself that this IS just a show.

LOL....I've been getting increasingly wound up this evening over the Adele-Jade bullying factor, because Alex is being lumped into a triangle with the other 2. People have so quickly forgotten that he was a sufferer of bullying tactics himself early on, and he's even come out in support of Sophie. To top all of this off, everyone just ignores the fact that he and Adele haven't even nominated Sophie this week.

I think sometimes you learn just as much about people who post to forums during BB as those who are appearing in it.

I'm not suure what you mean by that but with me i am a vey nice person who is probably more like sophie than anyone else in the house,

But with BB i don't want to see weak people like me on it or i would apply for it myself, i want to see confident people who will play a game and do what it takes to get the money

The hm's have entered a gameshow and the point of a gameshow is to win.

The 'Game Mode' seems to be Adele's excuse for behaving in the way she does, but she doesn't realise that it hasn't exactly endeared to the viewing public in general. I don't think the fact that she's admitted to a game-plan is going change many people's opinions of her actions over the past few weeks. There's no real risk of her winning imo.

BB website had a comment that said ALEX was faking affection for Adelle to keep his popularity ( or something.........) up.
But we all know its the witch Adelle who's faking it for him......



The only one with real affection for Alex is Tim - ' you're a legend, awesome, if only I could say more ..........sick bucket please !!
