Either I expressed it the wrong way, or you took it the wrong way. I wasn't being sarcky to Alex. I know what happened with regard to him being bullied at school, and his earlier bullying in the house. I was trying to say well done to him for ignoring it, but hoping he's made a mental note of it, and filed it for future reference, or until Monday.

How come, it's now all Alex's fault, and that he should have spoken up about what was going on. He defended her in the bedroom the other night when Adele and Jade were talking about her. So, how come no one's saying anything about PJ not standing up for Sophie, or Tim when Jade was openly pulling faces behind her back. Why aren't people saying that Kate should have stuck up for Sophie when her and Jade were bitching behind her back, and Sophie overheard it?
It's very strange, that the only person who's defended her when confronted with the bitchyness of others, is getting crucified for not sticking up for her?

If he understands the effect it can have on people, why doesn't he say someting? instead, he stands there with an amused look on his face. Do you think Adele or Jade would continue with their slagging/bullying of Sophie if they thought for one minute that it didn't amuse him?

Regardless of what Alex does or doesn't feel for Sophie it requires a backbone in order to stand up (figuratively as well as literally :-0). Alex and most of the others are singularly lacking in backbone and integrity.

i find it so difficult to believe that they cannot understand the impression this behaviour will be creating on the outside.
