Chances are that Nicholas will only be appreciated for one week unless Brenda manages fewer votes...

nicolas will get through this week, and he owe's that to the singers on the backing track because the only time he was in tune was when they were singing

last night when he was singing three times a lady he sounded better

they must be keeping that song for a week when he needs to be saved

No shame in it at all. Only potential star in the competition.

If you think he is so much of a star how he is the only one that gets 'Boos' from the audience?

It's not 'Boos' - it's his supporters 'booo - ming'.

Same thing happened with Lemar on Fame Academy. People thought he was being booed, but it was his fans making the 'boooo-mmm' sound as a message of support.

He's done nothing wrong to deserve 'Boos'.

Was much better this weekend - good song too. Still, he's up against a LOT of talent there, but he ought to get to the last 3 or 4 easily I think. When I first watched the show, at the audition stage, I thought "this boy ought to win". I don't know whether he will or not, but would love it if he did - and it's not my hormones talking, either, I'm old enough to be his mum!

Another solid performance, granted not quite as exceptional as last week but how many other young boys could do justice to the mighty Al Green

I do like Nicholas. He's probably my second favourite after Andy. I'll be honest though and say I felt he was going through the motions a bit on Saturday and he needs to up his game a bit.

I agree with everyone on every point, Louis is not picking the right songs for this lad. He has sooo much potential and he is a stunning looking boy. Lets see him step it up, if he stays in.

I hope Nicholas stays in but Louis doesn't fill me with confidence with his song choices for him along with his comments in the opening video clip when he said that he hoped that Nicholas stays. I think the song was wrong for him and I couldn't help but compare it to MJ singing it in a high register. Nicholas voice was too low for it but I felt that, overall, he gave a better performance than he gave last week.
