After last weeks pro Alex and down with Spencer editing on C4 / E4, did anyone else notice, on last nights programme, the start of a pro Sophie campaign? Suddenly Jonny is being portrayed in a very different light (which is a shame, as I think he seems an OK sorta guy)

Is it just straight forward manipulation, or are the producers just trying to close the gap between nominees - making Friday nights more exciting

i'm generally with you. tonight will be the test. as eviction approached last week bb made no effort to offer a balance picture.

i'm still trying to fathom the reason behind this but it's a fact that more people have siged up to digital recently. is bbs message you can only get the full picture on E4 (bull**** though that is). E4 has and editing bias too. i'll scream if adele's machinations are silenced by bb one more time (STRIKE! STRIKE! OUT!).

N.B. they didn't show the shouting, 'two-faced bitch', last night (i'm infuriated).

if jonny gets evicted we might as well pack our bags and leave bb sitting alone. after bb failed to deal with the rigging of votes last week bb nearly became an exercise in 'give alex £70 grand now' and save us the bother of watching or paying online bills.

The worst swindle are the mini polls they set up like 'What shall we give the HMs for breakfast?' As far as I'm aware they don't give the HMs anything mentioned in these, I think the result of the last one wasn't even shown!

Yep i'm absolutely disgusted. The one thing was the last scene with him and jonny talking about the 70k, i remember watching it on e4 and jonny did not sit and dwell like it made it look like on the ch4 prog, but he got up and walked about and said how it was weird

The BB3 bias that is annoying me is why the hell Adele hasn't been warned at all for trying to influence other HM's, Yet others are brought into the diary room for the slightest thing.
Jade and Adele should also have been warned for their bullying behaviour towards Sophie..... I'm not a Sophie fan but the girl hasn't deserved that sort of abuse. She needs to kick-off a bit to Jade and land a few punches, It would probably boost her chances of staying in this Friday although I doubt it.

OK get ready to abuse me (I kind of like it really!) but channel 4 didnt have to edit cleverly to sway any voting last week. There was hardly anything to show of Spencer being nice or likeable whereas Alex turned on the charm and these bits were shown. What nasty bits of Alex were there to show?

Spencer has also proved since he came out both in interviews with Davina and Dermot what an arrogant, full of himself bloke he is. No clever editing needed to show that.

My main point being if the housemates dont give the producers any good bits too edit in, what are they left to show but the boring negative stuff. Sophie this week is already putting on the charm and they are showing it. Johnny meanwhile continues to be dull, and they are showing it. He's giving them no other options.

I do agree that C4/E4 have been selective of the highlights they show on BBLB and on the C4 10pm show as to put across certain contestants more favourably.

Day after day on BBLB last week, the guests they had on that programme were overwhelmingly pro-Alex and E4 made no effort to seem balanced at all.

I have my suspicions that E4 want Alex to win BB because he is very marketable because of his looks and will likely have presenting jobs lined up for him. I do expect the BB3 bias to continue to the very end.

sorry but i cant see alex presenting any thing, can you imagine the strops. I hope he doesn't win he's turned into that horrible moaning bloke again and he's really starting to bore me especially when him and adele are together, they are as bad as each other. Jonny, kate and pj should be the last three left at least they are normal and know how to have a laugh

Yeah I noticed that they dropped a couple of lines that PJ said about Adele during his conversation with Jonny. :-/

you think e4 can be arsed to go out of their way to find someone who has a different opinion to the previous days guest, bearing in mind they're probably booked up before the nominations anyway.

We went out the World Cup, that was a conspiracy as well. Maybe we're just a bunch or bad losers when we dont get our own way and blame someone else who doesnt answer back?

Do people seriously think there is someone sat at e4 all day thinking lets cut out Adele's evilness? Really? If so you need as much help as Jade!

Just chill out and enjoy what is 'only a game show'. Les Dennis doesnt have these problems.

Dismissing the suspicions would be a trivial exercise: for instance, show the nominations live. Uphold the rules of BB equally, the housemates would soon stop "crossing the divide" for instance if they really believed they would recieve a strike instead of watching jade get off time after time after time.

An independant adjudicator in residence would be another good move: someone trustworthy to report that the "silences" really were for the published reasons and not because they showed the chosen one in a bad light.

This is not just a game! People have wagered a lot of money on the outcome. It would be wrong for it not to be a fair contest.
Even the contestants have invested much time for the program: imagine discovering after you were evicted that BB had been consistently truning a blind eye to Adele and Jade (for isntance) rigging the nominations. It is not JUST a game.

If you think BB is being bias then you need to sit up and take notice of what your favourite housemates do.

I watch the so called "Live" feeds for a lot of the day. But not most of it. I agree that Adele and Jade do have their bitching sessions. But if you watched closely then you would realise that Adele mainly just Agree's with Jade. To keep her on side of course. Why keep Jade onside, well because she is popular.

Also Kate, PJ and Jonny also bitch, but most of you seem to have not noticed this. PJ not so much, but does ask other peoples opinions of other people. But doesn't let on his feelings. He's playing the game. Kate, well every opertunity she gets she complains about Alex. Alex this, Alex that..... I mean come on, this girl has an obsession with Alex. She is Shallow. So what If he didn't take her to the rich side. If he had you all would have been moaning that he didn't take Tim or Jade.

As for the Bias, it don't exists. If a housemate doesn't do anything of interest, then why should they waste valuable air time on broadcasting a boring bit of television. This show is here to pull in the figures. For instance the Alex vs Spencer battle. This was so clear cut. Spencer hardly did anything of interest that week. While Alex had his funny moments. If you were a broadcaster which would you air to pull in the ratings?

The Sophie and Jonny one is not bias either. Jonny has openly admitted to BB that he has and will go "cold turkey" if he cannot get any cigarettes. Thus not doing anything exciting. Sophie however has this confilict with Jade. If I were you lot I would keep Sophie in to spite Jade. I can see this heating up.

Also I read somewhere that people have felt sick at seeing Alex and Adele together. Why? They make a great couple, they have fun, look like the are quite serious about one another. I can see this relationship continuing after BB. So what if Adele seems bitchy. She's playing a game, you have to be 2 faced to win BB. Being in the middle will get you nominated. People will think that you are false and not being yourself.

Adele is not constantly bitching about people.
Alex has hardly moaned lately, yes even on the poor side. I think he coped quite well even due to his standards.
Jade is playing a game.
Jonny is a sly, cunning man. HM's should watch him closely as should his fans open their eyes to his real ways.
Kate is not quite the goody girl she wants you all to believe.
PJ is playing a good game, keeping his cards close to his chest. Although I feel this will backfire shortly.
Sophie is being bullied, Jade is the instigator.
Tim is not nice at all, he needs to go, quite a bit smarmy.

some good points made I agree but your opinion of Jonny appears to be through rose tinted specs. I've watched plenty on the live feeds and not just the crap on at 10pm. Jonny - cunning and sly? do me a favour.

And another thing Alex and Adele look great together. You'd better lay off the White lightning. There's more chance of Sophie and dim Tim getting it on.

I'm afraid Adele is playing Alex for all he is worth, how many fellas has Adele fluttered her eyelashes about. To be honest I've lost count. There is NO way they will get it on believe me. However try telling that to the smarmy folks at E4 and at the oafish website. When I saw the highlight reel today entitled 'Rubbing it in or whatever' I reached for the sick bag. Can you remember in week one old Adelie getting lap dog Lee to carry out the same boring task of rubbing her arse with sun cream?

I'm afraid it will all end in tears and no guessing that poor old Alex will be reaching for the Kleenex.

If E4 wanted to have a balanced selection of guests they could have done that, but they chose not to.

I may be a bit OTT about Jonny, but he deffinatly is playing the game, but playing to the cameras. In that sense he's being sly and cunning towards the viewers, not the other HM's.

With regard to Alex & Adele, why dont they suit eachother?
Adele has only ever made eyes at Lee & Alex, nobody else. But with Lee it was different, she wasn't totally like this with him. He was trying to hard for her to like and want him. Then Sophie happened, and I think Adele was glad of this, she made no point of being upset about it.
