I was very curious - Jades boyfriend allegdly is violent and Jade is very attracted to PJ who is - also allegedly - violent towards women.

Do you think this is a coincidence or a pattern emerging?

Also it fascinates me the way Jades self esteem veers so erratically to total unshakeable confidence in her looks and desirabilty to rock bottom begging approval.

Hmm. Okay, hypothetically speaking.............

In my counsellor/therapist training i have heard just about everything from women of all ages.
In all my experience, the most disturbing thing i have EVER seen, are women who desire violent men. I dont mean 'naughty bad guys', i mean seriously sick, nasty violent guys.

I have encountered people who only feel 'safe' around violent guys. Such women ARE comforted from knowing there guy will attack someone, if they merely look their way. You know the type i am talking about, a more intense version of the guys who say 'err mate, you looking at my woman?'

RE: jade.
Her Baby act, it is classic. She cant cope with being grown up, so, she acts 'baby'. The funny thing is that MOst people in reality will just 'go along with it' for the most part. I have met a few moderate versions of jade, and i just ignore them.
Why act baby ?
Well, she gets a lot from it. Attention, comfort, and it is easier for her to be baby, than to be mature, and deal with social issues. Notice how she bitches about sophie, but never really actually confronts her. Like most bullies, she would likely collapse if sophie shouted at her.
In fact, that is it really. I just wish sophie would shout at her. WE all know then though that jade would cry, play baby, and try to rally support from mother adele and father alex, and sheep Tim.

In short, there are sadly women out there that only feel okay with violent guys. There is little hope for such people, since if you try to get them out, they will side with their 'beloved abuser'.

Can you tell me more about your training please?

All sorts of courses, and a lot of life experience . I guess your next question is where do i live ?
Do you want GPS grid co-ordinates ?

I am more than 'qualified' to make suggestions about a few gameshow housemates.

Originally, for at least 2 weeks i thought adele was genuine and nice, cause all she did was listen to people.
Yet, she then turned into a real nasty piece of work, forming a bond to jade and alex.

I now see her feeling more insecure, yet she seems quite happy to sit back and vote tactically each week. So far, she has done VERY well.

I do think she is 'inherently' nice, yet her attacks on sophie have really saddened me. As for a masterplan, i dont really think anyone can do that in the house, things are too dynamic to plan things long term.

So you’ve been on “all sorts” of courses.. I’d really be interested to discover which courses you have actually been on as this sort of thing rather interesting.. and as you've mentioned it you might as well qualify it.. or have you been put on the spot and would rathe not?

I also like the “I guess your next question is where do I live..” comment; this in the "psychoanalysis world" has a label in regarding to the defence structure; I wonder if you know the terminology of it.. being “qualified” as you are? Its often used by people who over expose themselves and then have to retreat when “put on the spot..” .. I’ve forgotten its name .. care to mention it?

Now now children, everyone is entitled to their opinion...after all it's food for thought...it doesn't necessarily matter if there ist a string of qualifications to back up those opinions....

hmmmm I too am a qualified counsellor/therapist, and have to admit to having some differing opinions to those above.
