Vodafone online sales refunds
Has anyone else ordered a phone online then decided to return it for a refund & having to wait weeks for a refund even though one staff member said she had done it & now another guy says he's done it & that was three weeks ago even after they said theyd debit it back to my card which hasnt happened is thiscommon with them or am i the unlucky one?
