Chewing gum!
scoggy
27-06-2002
The rich side must have bought a lot of chewing gum this week. On the dance task on BBLB on Tuesday Adele and PJ were chewing with their mouth open the whole time. When it was shown on the C4 highlights show there was the constant sound of chewing! It really turned my stomach.

I get enough of it sitting next to people chewing gum with their mouth open on the tube, without having to watch it on tele too. They could at least have cut out the sound of the offenders' microphones.

Has this got anyone else's backs up?

Yes, I have to turn the sound down! I hate the sound of people eating anything & there's some noisy eaters in that house!

Drives me crazy, too. Some are worse than others -- Jade and Kate, especially, make loud smaking noises when they're eating or chewing gum, and I have to turn the sound off.

I'll say! In my notes I've written "there is an awful chewing noise that almost drowns out the quieter bits".
And my notes are never wrong.

YES! Sometimes I have to switch the channel over, turning the sound down isn't enough as you can still see inside their mouths. Disgusting. It really is one of my pet hates. Kate is the worst offender. The way she eats is also pretty disgusting.

Can I ask how you know that Jade was chewing she might just have been speaking - no one can understand what she says anyway
