Looking for some help and advice am looking for a reasonable contract price looking for one that gives me 600 mins anytime xnet and 150 texts per month? ive seen one on 3 but wanted to know if theres any competition from the other networks, looking to pay around 30 quid a month?

also does anyone know if its better to buy online? ive seen things from the mobileshop.com and some other sites so if anyone can push me in that direction id be most grateful!

thanks in advance

Getting the right contract is somehow finding out what suits you best. There is literally an ocean of contracts and tariffs out there for the taking.

Consider:

Who are you going to call most? Sometimes having a phone on the same provider as your most called person can save the pounds.

When will you call the most? There are deals for evening and weekends aswell as all day terms. (All day terms are generally more expensive)

Does the phone you get have to matter ?, what features do you require? Choosing your handset out of all those available is probably the hardest thing. Think long and hard and be certain you have the one that suits your needs best.

Shop around... Go to carphone warehouse and try the phone out. Get advice and opinions without being sold. Then go online and see if you can find the same deal cheaper.

cheers matey!

well im lookiing to call at various times of day as i use it for work too - xnet minutes would be easier than to same network - and mainly make daytime calls

in additon phone wise i noticed most contracts will give u something half decent - like i sed is there a contract out there that gives around 600 anytime minutes xnet with 150 texts? im not fussed about the phone as i sed all i need is good custimer service and am willing to pay around 30 - 35 notes a month?

If you want good customer service, stay clear of 3 and t-mobile.

Many people will disagree with me but i would go with o2. Iv been with orange, 3 and t-mobile and i found them all to be crap!
http://flash.o2.co.uk/products/pdfs/...ling_Plans.pdf

click to that site to see what they have to offer.

The o2 500 tariff for £35 a month gives you 1000 anytime minutes for 6 months and 500 there after
