I now have to write to them because they have billed me too much after my contract ended. When I called to give a month's notice, they said I should call back a week before my contract ran out - then when I did that they took that date as my notice period. It's neverending! Happily on Vodafone now though - have already had to call them a couple of times to set up MMS etc, and they are fantastic - so helpful. If you used the pac code you will be charged up until the point Vodafone took o2's number. Any monies after this are refunded on last statement. |

![]() If they didn't explain, call them back and ask them to kindly explain the charge - I'm sure they will ![]() (My guess its that the contract was agreed to and actually started before the 27th, hence why you have been charged) |

Anyway, since writing the last post I bumped into someone who works for Vodafone Billing Dept in a pub who explained it to me properly so I'm all sorted. Thanks for explaining anyway. |

Telefonica have offered to buy O2. O2 shareholders have not agreed to sell yet. (Sold my O2 shares earlier this week for above the Telefonica offer price ![]() they are currently trading about 3p below the offer price) |
