Weird mobile problem.
Yesterday, I was meeting up with a friend, and in order to get to where I was meeting him, I needed to call him.
However, when I did go to call his number, I got the folliwng voice message: "T Mobile appologises for the problem trying to access your voicemail inbox, please call customer services on 150 to change your settings". Now, neiter me nor my friend are on T-Mobile (I've been on Vodafone for 4 years, he is on O2). I was still able to send and recive messages to/from him, and he was able to do the same. This problem only happened when I was trying to call him, and no one else. We thought it was a problem with his phone, but he could make and recive calls, including make a call to MY phone. Anyon have any idea what this was about? I have called him in the past several times, and it has always worked. |

He did used to be on T-mobile a while ago, but he is on O2 now, has been for a while.
He didn't change his number though, just his network. |

I have called people on T-Mobile before and have heard this message, its when they cannot put the call through quick enough to the persons voicemail service, or if they cant find a valid one that has been set up.
Sounds like in this case something went wrong - and did not forward to 02 and was trying to go through T-Mobile which would not have worked! If you keep getting this problem, guess they shouild ring O2 as it could take them a few days to resolve the issue. |
