Yes, Sophie was somewhat responsible for her position of weakness in the house, though this in NO WAY justifies what she's had to put up with in front of millions. Hoglet obviously quickly picked up on her vulnerability (cunning little pig that she is) and picked her out for personal abuse, these are the actions of a bully. That she apparently sees nothing wrong in carrying out this little campaign in front of the nation shows what an amoral little hog she really is.

As l said earlier Jade has not personally abused Sophie to her face, all that Sophie picked up on was from other people, Jade cannot be classed a bully.

Had l been Sophie and picked up on the bad vibes, the best course of action would have been to confront Jade when she was drunk (when she is most vunerable). With the divide between the two Sophie would have been able to wind up Jade so much. This in turn would have led to one of two things either Jade crossing the divide and getting a strike/evicted, or Jade would have walked out.

Jade is no Saint, however neither is she the School Yard bully that everyone makes her out to be.

Forgot to mention, Sophie did herself no favours when the divide went up either, sitting on the rich side, lording it up, and rubbing Adele's face in it with Lee. However we all forget this and think that Sophie is a Miss Goody Too Shoes, she can be just as bad as Jade.

I assume from this rediculous diatribe that you have never been the victim of this type of bullying? Jade is a bully, the Sophie incidents are only a small part of her rediculous behaviour. Had you yourself ever suffered this sort of nonesense in your life, as some of us have, then you might realise this.

As for the whole Graham Norton thing, I dont have a problem with it. For one thing Jade has been calling others names behind thier back which they will find out about when they leave, Graham Norton has been doing the same, the difference is, he is funny.

Nice.

Never assume , it makes an ASS out of U and ME. Did you bother to read what else l wrote. I have been subjected to both mental and physical bullying, and neither compares to what Jade is accused of. It appears that name calling is now classed as bullying, according to a number of users of the site. I very much doubt that Jades efforts over the last couple of weeks will leave Sophie mentally scarred for life.

PS it's ridiculous, not rediculous.

For Example, l go to my local pub, l do not like one or two of the people in there, and make the odd comment to others when they arrive, ie " I see tosspot Tony's in", is this bullying ?

Yes, it is. Why do you say that? You may not like him, but by saying that you are making him feel uncomfortable (if he overhears it), you are excluding him from conversation, and basically, it's the start of bullying.

Fine then most of the population are bullies, because at some time most people would have made a comment about somebody behind their backs. Secondly if l don't like him, why would l want to include him in the conversation. Thirdly he probably says the same about me.

Oooooooh the shame of it, l'm a big nasty bully.

No, it just made an arse out of you for being pedantic enough to quote that stupid statement and then pick up on someones spelling rather than give an educated response.

I read what you wrote, and I still say Jade is a bully, I'm sorry that some of you choose not to see it.

Did anyone else notice that Spencer wasn't on Norton's show last night? If memory serves me right all the other evictees have turned up for breif appearances on his Thursday show. I wonder if Spanky's snubbing him due to his Keep Alex In campaign.

If thats the case everyone is a bully. I bet everyone has called someone at sometime in their lives. Take a chill pill.

Jade is immature, she thought everyone was against Sophie so she decided to join in calling her, however she went farther than the others and now everyone else is back tracking and denying what they said and are keeping Jade at a distance.

I agree Sophie distanced herself from everyone when Lee was there and is now struggling to build friendships with people.

If I remember rightly it wasn't just Jade having a dig at Sophie, Tim was right in there too.

But for heavens sake - to call that bullying? Rubbish.

And Adele and Alex and PJ - they were all having a dig and a laugh at Sophie's expense .

Sophie felt intimidated by it, and that which ever way you want to cut it, is bang out of order, she should have taken a leaf out of Adele's book and threatened to deck her.

Not disputing how Sophie reacted, but why single out Jade? The fact is that several of the HMs felt happy to laugh at Sophie's expense.

Well I wouldn't want to get bogged down with percentages of who did the most etc, but Jade was the most prominent and the 4 of them were shown to be pathetic, and for that reason alone shouldn't win.
I think Tim and Adele came out of it looking bad because they obviously are fairly intelligent people and Jade was probabaly looking for approval because of being insecure.
Alex it seemed just didn't want to rock the boat too much, and let it go

There you go, it annoyed you that l was pedantic, if l now did that to everything you posted, you probably wouldn't like me, you might go home and say to your friends that there was this complete arse on the internet, you MUST be a bully.

Wasn't it being pedantic that got Sophie disliked in the first place ie correcting what people were saying etc.

Jade is just a hate mongering bully. When she gets out I'm gonna pelt her round body with rotten eggs. I encourage others to do the same, maybe bringing some rotten tomatoes too would be a good idea. I hear pigs like that kinda cr*p.

BTW the only person whohas gone too far in regards to Jade is PJ.

There are enough defects in Jade's character for GN & others to pick on but abusing her looks isn't very funny & is very immature. Without plastic surgery or a face mask, there isn't much she can do about that. People should look in mirrors more often & GN wasn't in the front of the queue when beauty was handed out! There's an animal he resembles but I can't think what at the moment; maybe a Chinese pug?

Having moved to a five nights a week format, Graham's show and his material is paper thin. His ratings are up, but only because we can't be arsed to get up and change the channel.

I doubt whether he actually watches or cares about Big Brother, but you can be sure there are memos a plenty on his desk urging him to capitalise on his slot.

There are only so many penis/vegetable gags to play , and ex housemates are wheeled on and wheeled off without so much as a lick of Betty's tongue, for fear that they might say something funnier than our grey-ham.

Jade's an easy and loathsome target but if Norton wants a credible show he ought to look beyond july...

For your information Chipsticks, mental bullying is alot worse than physical bullying - bruises heal, comments stay in your mind for a very long time, if not forever. The other problem with mental bullying is it can be made to feel like you are being paranoid, if noone elses notices the comments, you may just be accused of 'taking things the wrong way'.

I have been bullied at school, and in the workplace. At school, the police ended up having to be called. At work, I ended up leaving my job.

The reason why people are outraged that Jade will not get her just desserts is becasue she doesnt even mean what she is saying. There is no sincerity in her apologies, she didnt realise this all by herself, she was told by Mr Miyagi that the public had a bad perception of her. Therefore she is doing it for her own selfish reasons and not because she feels sorry.
”

My sentiments too 'Hyacinthbee'.......for two reasons I agree whole heartedly with you....firstly, having survived a ten year abusive realtionship myself , I will testify that the mental abuse is far more damaging long term, than the physical.....and as a teacher I can say that the mental /verbal namecalling, gossiping laughing and general ostracising of an individual has a long lasting effect on that person, far more than the kicking punching threatening kind of bully...i will say this in Jade's defence though without condoning her behaviour....It really wouldn't surpise me if she was mentally abused at some point in her life..she shows all the classic signs......don't forget as the saying goes....'hurt' people hurt people............

How sad that you have to try and pick a fight over the internet because someone disagreed with you. Im sorry you have nothing of substance to put into the discussion, as you may notice I have only posted a few times and each time it has been to voice an opinion, not try and enter a slanging match with someone who has too much time on thier hands.

I'll be off to discuss the show with others, I probably wont even bother posting here again so you can reply and tell everyone else what a jerk/bully eyc I was. Personally I think you like Jade because you see so much of yourself in her!

Anyway 'chipsticks' go and be an arse to someone else, because I have no interest in your petty behaviour.
