I read somewhere the code is the date of Judgement day. Try pressing 8,2,9,9,7 (29th Aug 1997) on the Theatrical or Special edition menus.

The eyes should turn red.

You may have to press enter after each number.

This code gives you access to the Ultimate version of the film, the third and longest on the disc.

Dan, apparently the Ultimate edition (the third version of the film) has 15 minutes of never seen before footage and is only accessible in the DVD using a special code.

I thought the Special Edition verson as opposed to the Theatrical version on the disc had the unseen footage. It was on it when I watched it the other night!!

Yep, you get the Theatrical Version, the Special Edition with unseen footage, and the code is required to access the Ultimate version with yet more unseen footage. (Hopefully all of it!).
