Sgt Pepper for me, it was such an advance and I love every song on it.

Revolver and Abbey Road are very close behind - they're both masterpieces IMO.

With The Beatles and Rubber Soul are my favourite earlier albums.

I play Rubber Soul more than any other fabs album, it's just so listenable

If you truly believe that Sgt Pepper changed the face of music its safe to assume you dont know much about popular music.

Pepper changed music in a number of ways; it made artists realize how albums could be whole entities with linked songs.

The production and sleeve design were also massive advances and influenced many.

Albums became the focus in music rather than singles.

From the early days I love With The Beatles and Help. The White Album and Abbey Road are my overall favourites though.

My favourite is probably Abbey Road, with Revolver coming a close second, if not joint favourite. I also adore The Beatles, Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band and Rubber Soul - I personally think these albums comprise their Top 5.

Please Please Me, A Hard Day's Night, Help! and Let It Be come next for me, with the often brilliant Beatles For Sale marginally below. The only ones I don't listen to that often are With The Beatles and Yellow Submarine Soundtrack, although Hey Bulldog and Pepperland are both excellent.

The US Magical Mystery Tour compilation is great too.
