Advertising the D600 on TV

I'm sure that Samsung are in breach of some advertising code in respect of the current D600 advert featuring Chelsea's Jose M. taking video of someone without their permission.

The advert suggests that a video taken using the D600 is such that it can be projected on to a screen in High Definition DVD quality...........

I only raised this on DS as I wanted to see if anyone agreed with me.

I'm surprised it doesn't say 'Screen images simulated' like all the other Samsung adverts do. I suppose it could be possible if you had imported a high definition video from a computer onto your phone and then played it out from there.
