Sam Aston (Chesney) definitely won that award.

can i just ask what you've all got against chesney?! he is not an "annoying little kid" he's a sweet 11 year old character played really well by sam aston and i think you'll find that like every1 who watches corrie loves him. i couldnt believe it when i saw that everyone didn't like him and i assume you don't watch corrie or you'd know what a great character he is fair enough you've got your opinions but i honestly cant see why you dont like him.

Well I watch corrie and I dont love him.I used to think is was ok to begin with But now he's just annoying. Im sick of the whole poor, sweet, loveable chesney thing. There are loads of other child actors who are underated but people just like chesney because he's "sweet".

I watch Corrie and i used to love him.
He was cute when he wasn't intending to be.Soon as Corrie got a wiff that everybody found him adorable they turned him into a desperate little boy.The writer's have tried to make him sweet and cute and im sick of it.
They are trying to hard.
David is a much better child actor as are Demi/Darren in EE and Tom in Hollyoaks is so cute.

The sweet cute Chesney thing is finsihed for me.
Just get rid of him.

I think that the reason that we're getting so sick of some of the young soap actors (YES I KNOW, I'M 14, STOP CALLING ME A HYPOCRITE!), as they get older, become more wooden as they get more self-conscious. Tell someone Tom from Hollyoaks' age to act, and they do whatever you tell them to do, without thinking about it, so the acting's great. When I was kid (Ok then, a younger kid), I was amazing at acting and people told me to get into it, and now when I have a go at it (by myself usually when the house is empty), I'm about as convincing as Jack Butterworth was as a woman.

S'pose I could work on it though. Once you've got your emotions back in touch after puberty, you acting tends to mature, I'm told.

Did you know Sam Aston's older sister was in Corrie years ago - I think she was Becky

The whole family seem to be made of child actors

He's not a wonderful actor, he's not brilliant, he's annoying and he just appeals to pathetic old women who are all like "Awwwwwwwwwwww, I just wanna take him home...."

Pass me a mop, I'm drowning in the drool of patheticness.

Which qualifies him to be voted in October 2004. That's 11 months just in case you can't work it out.

*sigh* This is jealousy. You all can't bear the fact that precious Chrissie didn't win the award.

Or maybe just disappointment that someone with real talent and not just there for the cute affect did not win.

She gets sent to Battersea Dogs Home as a mistaken identity when it is reported in the news that there is a vicious stray Afghan hound on the loose

This isn't the first time you've made this type of comment about Tracy-Ann. No offence (unlike your comment!) but I think you really ought to stop now, it's becoming very tedious.

No ruffled feathers I can assure you.

I'd much prefer to talk about Tracy-Ann Oberman rather than argue.
