If you were in Tim's position

Poor Tim is on the rich side of the house on his own. Surely he must feel uneasy on his own.

If you were in Tim's position how would you feel?

I'll start this thread off with my view. I would feel very uncomfortable indeed.

He is only feeling uncomfortable because he fears for the effect this will have on the nomination process.

Believe me, deep down, he doesn't really care much for many of the housemates.

Probably quite annoyed, Tim obviously was with all that egging on the revolt. He'll avoid nomination by being all diplomatic, buying them mags and stuff.

Think Tim's safe from eviction this week the famous four liked with way he joined in with the rebellion spirit and he seemed to be on the good side of the house grandparents by agreeing with their principles of passive resistance when he got the opportunity to be alone with them in the garden. Hate to say it but the horseshead played his hand well

It's the best place for him on his own. The only shame of it is he gets sympathy from everyone inside and out.

i think i'd be optimistic and would use the chance to buy everything i wanted on someone elses credit card! £400 all to myself...sounds good. i think in that respect tim is very pleased. but he also feels left out. diddums

I'd see if I could stick a couple of grams of coke on the shopping bill. He'd still have plenty left over

I think he will be loving it. He can now buy some black dye without the other HM's knowing. And he needs some. G-Day is only 7 DAYS AWAY!!

I think the next 7 days will be very hard for Tim. Yes, he's on the rich side and has £400 to spend but no-one to enjoy it with. He is almost in solitary confinement now. Yes he can still communicate with the others but will not be able to take any part of their activities and will become more and more isolated. I am prepared to go so far as to say I think Big Brother has now become at best inhumane, at worst, barbaric.

I wonder what would have happened if the HMs had had the bottle to deliberatly get all the answers wrong - would the divide have come down then? Mind you Alex and Adele couldn't have managed that it would have gone against their "goody-goody" image.

Tim's problem now is that he is no longer part of the group and he is already becoming ostracised (sp?) by the others (in fact it happened within a couple of hours of the task).

If he's to save himself, he needs to:
a) hope he's up against someone REALLY unpopular, say, oh I dunno, off the top of my head, Jade. ; )

b) try to remain as much a part of the group as possible. He can only do this by talking which will make it very difficult as he had little influence even when he was part of the group (he's a bit of a wet blanket basically, to put it in psychological terms!)

c) NOT emphasise any differences (food etc). He could do this by NOT parading around his food, etc but I don't see that happening. A good tactic to show solidarity would have been to order £400 worth of chick peas etc (so eat the same as the Poories). Erm, yes, that would have been likely.

Basically he's stuffed unless he's up against someone really unpopular come voting time.

One of the producers on today's BBLB said that hair dye wasn't on the shopping list

G-Day - 7 days and counting!

Are you being serious???
Its a bloody game - any of them can walk out at any time.
The only time he will be alone is when he's in bed and I'm sure he's used to solitary nighttime pursuits!!

Yes, Cazkins seems to have lost the plot there. I wouldn't be surprised if they'd started muttering "human rights" etc

"barbaric"? Cazkins. Hmmm

About the food,
Didn't he spend about £300 on meat and the rest on hairspray? That isn't gonna make him very popular!
If he is up against anyone except Jade he will be ou!

I hope he bought some veggies (such as strawberries and spuds!) otherwise he will be unpopular and IRREGULAR!
At least he would then have something else to talk to Alex about.

Tim should walk,... 'in style',... He should cross the divide & get his 3 strikes, refuse to budge and be physically removed from the house. Wouldn't that be funny? !!

I think it would be pretty close if he was up against Adele too.
As much as he annoys me I would vote Adele out before him, she is driving me mad
I just hate this "I am innocent and have had the wool pulled over my eyes by nasty Jade " act.

I think I'd quite like it, actually, but then I do like my privacy (so I'd never have gone on BB in the first place) - it would suit me quite well, being able to chat to the others but still go off and spend time on my own whenever I wanted.

I'd have spent £300 on 3 magazines, give me something to do and also to stay on the good side of the poor housemates, since there doesn't seem to be anything in the rules preventing them from reading magazines through the bars...

He will have a major dilemma. On the one hand, being alone in the rich bedroom he will very tempted to take thngs, err, in hand. On the other every single camera will be watching every single move he makes.

I'd walk over to the poor side and get a strike.

Sure, its a rule break, but he would go up in the estimations of people. he should have done it right from the start.
