3 Problem Advise Please?????

Since I got my contract phone on 3 a couple of months back I have been having a problem that when my phone is on 3g I can't make or receive calls or text messages. As I live in a very strong 3 coverage area my phone is always logged onto the 3 network. If I roam on 2.5g O2 I can make and receive calls and messages with no problems but this is a nusence having to log onto o2 everytime I want to make or send a text message etc, not to mention the amount of missed calls I have received whilst on 3g as it get diverted straight to voicemail.

I have reported this problem 4 times to 3 and they are not willing to do anything or they give me the run around. What can I do? I effectivly have a contract phone which is of no use to me. I spent £320 on a new Nokia 6680 thinking the handset was the problem but it wasn't

Easiest solution would be to pop into a branch of Superdrug or 3 point store and ask them. It sounds like your Message Centre for 3 coverage is having a problem. Should be an easy fix.

Well I can send messages and make calls with no problem when the phone is roaming on 2.5g O2 so I don't think that is the problem.
