Nah, I'd go power mad, and start setting tasks like:
Mastermind:
all the house mates have to take a turn in the big black chair, after the first question (which is the same for each) the other housemates get to set the questions and ask anything they like above the behaviour of the "contestant" whilst in the house. BB acts as judge and lets the house mates know as soon as the contestant lies. If not one of the housemates can get through half an hour without lying, they fail the task.

The first question is
Name each housemate that you have stabbed in the back (in alphabetical order)

or tasks like

Open the envelope
The house mates have to sit on the sofa, they are given two envelopes numbered 1 & 2. They have to open the envelopes in order. They are allowed five minutes to remind Jade of the sequence.

If they succeed they will have

▪ news from home for two of them
▪ a break from having to make nominations
▪ a week off for jade and jonny
