VODA Just what is free

Well as a few of you may know i was charged for accessing even the most basic nfeatures of Vodafone live. They have now credited my account with that money. Could someone please expalin just what is FREE and what is chargeable and what isn't. I know stuff like ringtones,weather updates etc ? is surfing the Vodafone news free etc etc??

All browsing of live! is free, they warn you before you are charged for anything.

Its quite annoying that Vodafone direct you to 'free' trailers etc and when you reach the download page it is intimated that the 'free' is conditional on you signing up for a monthly content subscription. I know you can cancel this after the first month but 'free' should mean without subscription conditions etc.

Its werid there charging me for it then. As far as i cna see my v600i and k750 are using gprs not dialup. Its annoying they call it WAP to refer to both

It appears that my settings were rong, they've talked me through manualy setting them and credited my account for the mistakes.

Excellent customer service

Well done VODAFONE!
