I agree! I like Dennis but Shannis has never felt right to me. Apart from the family ties, I just think she's too old for him - and Zoe was too young. Dawn would be about his level I think, if he were staying. Grant and Sharon is about right - but then there's his South American wife!!

There are scores to be settled. Ian cannot get away with shopping Phil the way he did. That's the sneaky side of Ian at its worst. And all that's aside from the main story of Chrissie, the Vic, Sam etc. It's going to be fantastic!

I am really looking forward to this, with sharon taking a break and grant rumoured to be coming back for a longer stint next year, maybe that is why sharon and dennis split up (sharon goes to rio to win grant back).

Yes, I would have done the same I seem to remember Phil had just done the headflushing routine and was terrifying Ian's kids. Hardly surprising Ian shopped him.

Erm Phil's been sent daaarn, had to live rough for a year before getting recaught, lost his son, been an alcoholic, lost two wives (neither through death though), while Grant not only lost his wife, but had to leave the country with his toddler daughter in tow (as well as having been in prison etc in the mid-90's). The thing with the Mitchell's is no matter how bad they get, something always happens so they get their comuppance, but they never learn and just carry on again.
And why why why are people horrified that Grant threatens Chrissie... can I say "she's an evil betraying double crossing murderess who only cares for herself" so deserves whats coming. Then again with those traits she could easily be a Mitchell!

I am old enough to remember Grant and he would never have threatened to break the arm of a 16 year old girl, if anything he would threaten Charlie as he is the man of Staceys house. This whole thing is ridiculous. Back in the Mitchell glory days they didn't need to beat ten bells out of people to get there way, they just did.

Grant is threatening a little girl who also has the attitude and mind of a 20 year old. Plus, she's lying for a killer whicj is keeping Grants sister in jail. I mean things like this do happen in real life..well not as dramatised but people do get threatened. I think it's gonna be cool.
