Ordering Mobile from Vodafone Online Store

im planning to order a Nokia N70 of the Vodafone online store, under my name but by using my dads credit card to pay for the phone as i dont have a card.

after confirming my basket, next step is to enter personal details. in the name section a hint appears saying "please enter credit card holders name for this transaction".

what i want to know is that do you enter the credit card holders details for the rest of the page e.g. D.O.B and employment status or do i enter my details.

thanks

Hi,

Id imagine so because simply the Credit Card number & Name wont do they need to check address, post code matches up with the card number so enter all the details under your dads name If its contract make sure u give him the money every month if its PAYG then make sure you print out the order email you'll get so you got proof you brought one

even if you have to go through the whole order under your dads name, u should be able to change it to your own name by ringing vodafone once your phones arrived (if u want you contract under your name)

Not sure if this help, but my sister uses my CC all the time for online shopping.

The personal details she enters are her own, except for information needed for the CC section of the form.

She's not encountered any problems so far
