Wow, I thought she was great. Flowing, elegant, graceful and with a great presence on the dance floor. I can't wait for next week to see an up tempo number from her.

I also thought Colin (great hips), Darren (great fun) and James (sexy) were very good. Fiona Phillips I thought had a very lucky escape, and I think she will go next week.

I liked Will. I think he had a lot of style - just a lot of nerves. Very nice posture. He reminded me of Julian Clary except that I think his steps were better than Julian.

I think perhaps Dennis will go next week as I don't see him mastering the Quickstep.

I think we should see Fiona's rumba.... the hardest part of Ballroom is the posture... if she could have maintained that she would have looked the part but she was having to do a complicated routine so it's not surprising she let the posture go when her nerves were probably bad too! She had least had a lovely smile and that goes a long way!
Siobhan just looked scared and she was pretty much as bad as Fiona was. (I don't mean to sound biased towards Fiona - I am just hoping to see into her potential).

Zoe has surprised me with how good she is.

I hope it's not Will for eviction this week - he seems to have potential.

Definitely want Ian and Zoe to win, as I still think he and Denise were robbed last time. He is just such a great dancer and always seems to bring the best out of his partners.

Yes girlies and guysies - they aren't getting enough votes on the poll thread which is shocking considering the two sterling performances we've had so far - I'm doing my best though

I voted for them a few minutes ago and I've just spotted you did too Happyfeet, so they are gradually edging their way up, now tying with James and Camilla.

This was on Digital Spy today:

Ball worries about 'Dancing' performance
Saturday, October 29 2005, 13:40 BST -- by Daniel Kilkelly

Zoe Ball is worried that her Strictly Come Dancing performance will not be up to par this week.

The presenter is distraught after the boiler in her London home burst, causing thousands of pounds worth of damage. As she has been busy trying to clear up the mess and organising repairs, Zoe has only spent one afternoon training for tonight's live show.

"I've been very tearful all week and it's got nothing to do with my dancing," she told the Daily Star. "The boiler at my house exploded and made a real mess. It caused ceilings to collapse. Damage is horrendous so I haven't had time to train. We've managed just one afternoon of training all week."

Her dancing partner Ian Waite added, "Zoe's had a lot on her mind this week."

So SUPPORT Zoe if she doesn't get high enough marks to get her through safe.

She's simply splendid - and so is Ian. I sometimes wonder if they attract so few comments because they make it all look so easy?

This has just appeared in the news section of Digital Spy, what do you think?

'Dancing' star slams 'cheat' Zoe Ball
Saturday, November 12 2005, 09:33 GMT -- by Daniel Kilkelly

Zoe Ball has been accused of cheating by one of her Strictly Come Dancing co-stars.

As well as practising for six hours each day with partner Ian Waite, the presenter has taken up extra lessons with top choreographer Steven Hoggett.

"To be going after extra lessons is tantamount to cheating in my book," a show rival, who refused to be named, told The Mirror. "Already she comes in every week claiming she's hardly done any practise. She's clearly doing hours and hours, but why she won't admit it is a mystery.

"Ian always talks about how much work they've put in - and they are always brilliant on the night. I just wish she'd be a bit more honest about it. She's already doing six hours with Ian, where on earth does she get the energy from?"

A source on the programme added, "After hosting The Match on Sky One, Zoe's desperate to revive her career. To boost her profile she needs to stay on Strictly Come Dancing as long as possible, which means going all out to win it.

"Strictly speaking she's not breaking any rules, but there's a feeling that having extra tuition on the side would be a bit sneaky."

I just read it!!! Poor Zoe, I don't think she's a cheat, but if she's getting lessons from a choreographer could she get in trouble from the show?? Other than that, she shouldn't get slated just for practicing a lot and wanting to stay in the competition, but if she is only doing it to boost her career it's a real shame, because I think she's great!
