My girlfriend and me were watching Hollyoaks earlier and she wondered how much the actors were earning. Ay ideas?

I know for Corrie the highest paid star is 72k per year, and for EE 150k. Not sure about Hollyoaks.

Isnt Barbara Knox the highest paid actor in Corrie?


No idea about Hollyoaks though.

Mike Baldwin is the highest paid actor in the country. Hes on 250k a year. Chesney is on 40k a year.
I don;t know about EE but you've got to be looking at 40k for the smaller kids and the 50-70k for the rest

What about the writers ? they should get paid more.

Ross Kemp and Letitia Dean (EE's Grant and Sharon) bot got paid alot for their returns. I think it was something like 150K

15-25K. It depends on alot of factors the amount an actor gets paid on a soap.

Availabilty - If you cant work becuase your doing somthin else they will pay you more to return on keep goin.
